Impossible to decipher if he's just coping or if he's right about the troles being the primary reason he got the boot. Last apartment it was all him, but these days the weens are just horrible and no doubt they played a part. The boy doesn't help things though.
With all due consideration, if I was sent a video of a client "juicing" onto my rented carpet while also dumping at this point gallons of closet hooch™, I'd thank the heavens for an agreement break, such as having multiple unruly unaccounted residents.

But still, the weens and callers 100% did play their part.

Ok. My money is on him basically having a second person living with him without clearing it with the owner. I can't imagine Jessica's freakouts can be a tipping point considering Josh has been playing guitar at 2am consistently since he moved in.

That hasn't stopped him before though. When he got evicted from last place, he spent all of 10 minutes feeling bad before seamlessly transitioning to blaming the landlord for overreacting to having open aerosol cans next to a blowtorch. He was already blaming the trolls by the end of his eviction vid too.

I personally wonder if its even an eviction to begin with. Wasn't he on month to month with this APT? An actual eviction takes significant time and energy, there's a good chance the landlord found out he's having an unannounced guest over causing trouble and just decided to not let him stay anymore.

Can't wait for the damages that are gonna get charged to that apartment when he moves out. But it'll be infuriating/hilarious if he just upgrades places again.
He has stated this morning it was an eviction. We had all wondered if it might have been a lease termination or not renewing lease, but he said this morning it was an eviction. Last night he was being super vague and saying he had to leave, etc. Which means his landlord may have had this planned since Jessica's last visit or before, but no one knows exact dates. He has also stated he has enough food covered to make it til he has to move, but obviously the booze won't last, which could probably mean for him he has at least a month or less, usually when served with an eviction you have 30 days in most places.
Some of those possibly available places that were posted a few pages back look like places where an owner is renting a small apartment that is part of their home.
Ain’t no way in fuck anyone is going to let him rent an apartment from their owner occupied home.
I noticed that too, any attached apartments or those small budlings he would be out as fast as he was in. Also, is this place all bills paid currently? If Jessica is a main stay she is going to run up his bills, the water for sure. At the rate she accidentlys something is pretty alarming. These apartments don't say all bills paid from what I can see.

Cobes has had his webcam covered and the stream muted for over 30 minutes now and he still haas more than 1k viewers
And people paid for this, he got his money and ran. Until tomorrow or ...maybe even tonight. Wonder if he just passed out or looking at fishnets?

He was probably issued a Notice to Quit which gives him 3 days to vacate the apartment before the eviction process is formally started by filing with the Court. He will then be served likely by the Sheriff's office after the Notice to Quit is up if he has not vacated the unit, which must be served 3-12 days before the date of the eviction trial. If his landlord wins the eviction trial, he has 2 days by law to vacate the property before forceful removal. So this is roughly a 3-4 week timeline before forceful evacuation of the Bog Den.

I couldn't imagine drinking fucking moonshine at 8:42 in the morning. Does he really think this doesn't make him look like a major alcoholic?
I give passes for morning drinking in certain situations. Tailgating, vacations (typically cruises as you can usually get booze at any time), and certain holidays like Thanksgiving. But waking up and just going right for the juice before 9am is just bad. I mean most of the time, my stomach just churns at that thought of early morning liquor.

I know Josh said its an eviction, but he's also a regard. You need a lawyer and have to file with the courts and get a judge to sign off on an eviction. It could be that the landlord said he's gotta go and threatened to evict him if he didn't comply, and Josh just muddled to the two together.

The thought of waking up and immediately getting drunk makes me feel violently ill.
At some point, alcoholics have to drink to just get back to baseline. He'd feel more ill if he didn't drink

Aren't you splitting hairs though? I mean you are right, but typically you are served a notice of eviction aren't you? At which point you are given a set number of days to vacate the property before legal action is taken. So it makes the eviction process almost 2 separate phases, to which even if you leave before legal proceedings start, you are still by all means, evicted. There just won't be any official judicial paperwork beyond the initial notice which may or may not be public record for future landlords.

I'm curious because an eviction would mean that the landlord had this in the pipeline for a while and Jessica is more a coincidence/last straw. It is splitting hairs, but it just boggles my mind a little that THIS is the breaking point after years of being a huge nuisance to his neighbors and the building as a whole.

Well, that sounds correct. An eviction is a lawsuit. There are legal proceedings. If you're told to vacate and you do, provided you don't owe back rent, there's no reason for the landlord to go through the hassle of following through on the filing.

According to Google, court records are public in Wyoming unless sealed by judge (which is very unlikely to happen in an eviction case). Has no one bothered to check with the court to see if Josh has a previous eviction judgement? I'd bet money that he does not. And he won't this time, because he's not fighting this. He's just leaving and presumably it has nothing to do with money. There's no reason for his landlord to take him to court if he doesn't owe money and is willing to leave. Even if he ends up owing for damages to the apartment, that will come after.

I realize it sounds like I'm splitting hairs but I'm only pointing this out because people are worried he'll have trouble finding a new place "with 2 evictions on his credit". He in all likelihood does not have even 1 eviction on his credit. People tend to use the term eviction informally, even when it doesn't technically apply.
You're right. Homedad Clint managed to use his speechcraft 100 to talk the eviction from the old apartment down to a "termination of lease", which doesn't automatically imply any wrongdoing on the tenant's part. The fact that he said 3 months specifically means that they likely told him they won't be renewing his lease once it's up. If he'd received a termination of lease notice he'd have gotten 30 days to clear out.

I FUCKING CALLED THAT SHIT ON WEDNESDAY AND PEOPLE LAUGHED AT ME OVER IT! But I digress…

Anyway r/the_boglim a-logs are simultaneously taking responsibility and mocking him for even having the notion that the trolls are responsible

You called that one homie. After your post I was also convinced.

What a dumb bitch aNal is. This is at least partially her fault. Without bitch Jessica Cobes could have coasted by on the brink of being evicted, without being evicted, indefinitely.

The trolls really have ruined his mind though. Its gotten so bad that now that not only all of his bad behavior but also aNal's bad behavior is excused by their existence. Gives the term trollshielding new meaning.

What a whole entire clusterfuck of retards on all sides, going and coming. Tnwu, fuck sickos.

I wanted to feel bad for cobra but with him doubling down and defending the harpy of life ruination I cannot. No lessons have been learned, the pattern shall continue.

As dependent as Cobes is becoming on those mystery liquor deliveries how strong will the urge to self dox become? Boglimish riddles of the future past.

The queen is going live soon, wonder if they are talking about anything...I can't imagine there is any strategy, I do know in Jessica Messica's stream last night there were leaked voice messages, Jessica did cancel her flight to make it seem like she was stranded...for whatever reason...Sure she will rage quit after the flood of "Cobes is making more money than you" or she is going to whine about being sick.

EDIT: 3 mins of going live "FUCKING TURN THE CHAT OFF"...still swamping in a fucking tub. She's got to harvesting several UTI's/ yeast infections.
