Its Kyphosis. Its a known result of castration and a deformity that all eunuchs develop eventually.

Dong Gone for example has a particularly extreme case of it, but it was something thats been noted as happening to eunuchs as far back as studies done on Ottoman and Imperial Chinese court eunuchs, the removal of the testicles has a catastrophic effect on male bone integrity, rendering them more susceptible to conditions like this.
The increase in estrogen that Troons subject themselves to likely makes it even worse.

When I was an RN in a long term elderly ward, I would receive patients with pressure ulcers, one wee lady had one at the back above her heel and you could see the Achilles tendon, poor soul died a few days later. Never in my 30 fucking years of nursing I’ve seen a wound like this ffs. Absolutely mental what these mental folk do, and that’s just the surgeons.

From a survival standpoint, it makes sense. It’s like the phenomenon of hysterical strength, where people are able to recruit a much higher percentage of their muscular strength (at great risk of injury) in extreme life-or-death scenarios. Normally your brain would prevent you from “overclocking” your muscles or overriding the pain of an extreme injury because doing so will almost certainly cause even more damage, but when the alternative is guaranteed death, even a 1% chance of survival is worth the risk, biologically speaking. Even serious injuries can potentially be recovered from, at least well enough to pass on your genes. Death… cannot.

I've seen groins like this but during treatment for Fournier gangrene, so sometimes the testicles were moved to the safety of an inguinal pouch if they could be saved.

The difference was that these people were having their wounds cleaned and dressed extensively and were on antibiotics with frequent labwork and monitoring. This dude is just freeballin' hideous devastation to his crotch in his own house, the crotch that the legs are attached to and that poop and pee come out of routinely, walking around like nothing matters.

I find it hard to believe that in USA 2024 a surgeon wrote for enough outpatient post-op opiates to make this situation bearable. Too many opiates prescribed is gonna get your practice in trouble way faster than running the genital blender with a blindfold. Then again, this is a man albeit a contemptible one, so clearly his pain control needs are real, not like lady pain that gets APAP and ibuprofen. Either this guy's nerves are kaput, he's supplementing with street drugs, or through advanced gender autism he has ascended into a Zen master with complete conscious bodily control.

My mind is a little hazy from the meds but everything went fine. The people who perform unnececssary surgeries on mentally ill teens knowing that they are selling them a lie should hang. Simple as that.

I was intimate with someone who enjoyed BDSM "blood play" in their past sexual adventures before hooking up (briefly, ahem) with me. As cartoonish as that looks, at least with that method the pooner kept their original areolas and nips. Unlike other yeet jobs, they're whole, level and the placement is ok. She got a somewhat natural looking outcome there. I must say though: I've never seen a true and honest male with sand dollar areolas like that.

It looks bad but it beats having your nipples get necrotic and fall off or getting permanent nerve damage. I still shudder to remember that pooner who was left with the permanent sensation of the surgeon yanking off her nipple as he was presumably cutting it off

honestly I watched gore for sport as an edgy teen and this churned my stomach sideways. The psychological horror of it all is what gets me- a man that looks like he carved out his own penis in a desperate and crude approximation of something he can never have. My jimmies are truly rustled.
