Is this guy actually representing Trump or is this some third party effort.
I don't know who this guy is, but if he's not doing this as an explicit counsel of Trump, he's on his ass on standing.
As addressed earlier in the thread (and in the Petition itself), he is a third party. Regarding standing, in NY, he has standing to bring the Article 78 petition as a licensed member of the media.

nothing you typed is remotely reflecting in polling.

Tell me about how accurate polling is after 2016. Or 2020. Or 2022.

Ohh yeah it's HER turn. The economy is doing TOO WELL for Trump to lose. RED WAVE 2022 GUYS INFLATION WILL GET US THE HOUSE AND SENATE.

Fucking hell, polls are pretty much bullshit unless they're take on election day.

Yeah, MN doesn't have a democrat party, they have the DFL which is literally fucking commuinst.
During the apocalyptic results for democrats in the Nixon and Reagan era MN was the only blue state.

Exactly. The people there are literally robots that vote Blue no matter what.

Minnesota could be in play... if RFK is on the ballet as a third party. He polls surprisingly well in a lot of light blue states, and Minnesota while reliably blue -is- only light blue, Biden only got ~52% of the vote in 2020. RFK could do a lot of damage to Biden in those races.

RFK pulls almost the exact same % from Trump and Biden.

Trump voters suck him off because muh vaccines and Biden voters suck him off because muh Kennedy.

Johnson is getting AOC's help to force his vacate rule change. There is no way you can spin this. Do we know if Johnson was on Epstein's island because they have something on him.

Johnson wants to get invited to all the cool people parties in DC and line up a $350-$500k a year think tank "no work" job after he leaves Congress.

They ALL want that, so they'll all eventually go along to get along.

I have to give Johnson credit where credit's due, he did kill that "bipartisan" immigration bill that would've ensured the invasion continued uninterrupted for the next five years. But I have to wonder what the hell he's thinking working with the Democrats like this. I know the answer is "because he's part of the uniparty." But he had to have seen what happened to McCarthy. That guy gave Democrats everything they wanted and not one of them voted to keep him on as Speaker.

I forget who said this, but someone compared the GOP to Charlie Brown trying to kick the football. They know damn well Lucy's going to pull it up at the last second so she can laugh at them when they fall flat on their backs. But for some reason, they keep thinking "Today's the day I'm going to kick that ball and she's finally going to respect me." Except unlike Charlie Brown, the GOP isn't pulling off any endearing comedy gags. They're sad pathetic cucks who hate their voters.
The problem ultimately is that the major GOP donors are aligned with the Democrats on the vast majority of issues. It’s a very basic bitch talking point to bring up the uniparty and these partisan showdowns are nothing more than kabuki theater but if the shoe fits…

Paul Lawl Ryan destroyed his political career to deny Trump any victories and got paid millions of dollars thereafter. Anyone who vocally allied with Trump got investigated for process crimes and has no political future to speak of. Republicans will continue to sell out their base until it becomes more personally advantageous for them not to. It’s as simple as that.

The choice is between losing their voters or losing favor of the D.C. crowd they will abandon their voters.

I wonder if they really have some blackmail on him or if the man is just that spineless to be allowing himself to get jerked around.

Gee, you think conservative personalities are just going to tell their listeners to vote harder in the upcoming election?

The fictional version of events is a much better story then what happened in reality since Biden's uncle most likely died in a plane crash accident.

His habit of embellishing details about the life of himself or his family members has no end. It's worse then it used to be for sure but he has always been a liar that wants to make himself seem more credible or interesting as a person.
It's a wonder how Creepy Joe has gotten as far as he has. Except not really, he's an empty husk who will do or say whatever his handlers (who are just as braindead as he is) tell him to, and Joe was never very smart or had any charisma, so they don't even have to blackmail him.

Shitlibs lying about everything and themselves is par for the course, but what gets me about all Joe's lies is how bad he is at telling them. Whenever he tells a lie, which is usually whenever he opens his mouth, he always does so with numerous tells, both verbal and nonverbal. Joe's always been like this his entire existence, but it somehow keeps getting worse.

The "for real" is one of the more common elements. Joe also repeats "honestly, man" or "I'm telling the truth" way too much, and even if one were to give the benefit of a doubt that some sentience still exists in that abyss of senility and evil, the sheer lack of self-esteem and confidence on Joe's part opens another can of worms.

Then there's the nonverbal tells. If you watch him speak enough you'll notice that from time to time he'll rub his face with his right index and middle fingers at the same time, which is another sign he's lying. Then of course there's the anger when a reporter rarely calls him out on a lie. Part of that is him actually believing the lie that he's some sort of street smart potato nigger, but it's always a tell that he's lying and trying to cover that lie.

in 2016 the polls were wrong and missed the trump factor. in 2020 morale was low due to riots and COVID, and the polls generally reflected this. Trump did not lead in the vast majority of the polls. despite that it was a very close race and without rigging in a few select big cities he would have won.

Republicans will continue to sell out their base until it becomes more personally advantageous for them not to. their base collectively gets a good sense for who is and isn't a grifter/uniparty stooge, and are willing to vote third party to deny both if it becomes apparent that it's a choice between a neoliberal with an R next to their name or a jackass looking for an easy path to dark money riches. It’s as simple as that.
FTFY.

DeSantis is a decent example of the former, Vivek the latter.

The polls were, on aggregate, pretty accurate in both cycles. On Election Day 2016, the RCP aggregate was Clinton +3.2. The real result was Clinton +2.1. On Election Day 2020, the RCP aggregate was Biden +7.2. The real (or """real""") result was Biden +4.5. The problem is that you have absolute dogshit pollsters like Quinnipiac, YouGov, CNN, etc. throwing out ridiculous numbers that the media repeats with no critical thinking (except when the result is highly in favor of Trump, in which case suddenly the stats experts come out, like those +10 Trump polls from late last year). The problem isn't with polls as a whole, the problem is with the media selectively covering polls to generate a narrative.

To show how even more pathetic Joepedo's trip to Wawa in PA was, here is how he looks confused, having never stepped into a place like that before (Buc-ee's is far, far superior):

And then we see they even prepped beforehand about how Joepedo will "go get a milkshake"

Trump's visit to the bodega had to have some planning, but I bet he just decided that day during lunch "you know, fuck it, let's go to that bodega in Harlem, let's take this circus on the road." This is also why his visits to DQ and Chik Fil A do so well and things like Meatball walking into places is sad, very sad.

I'm gettin real sick of these daily Drumpf violated his gag order articles. And literally anything he says is an attack for some reason. It's just multiple articles a day that get reposted endlessly to fuel the outrage machine for the npcs but it's really boring outrage.
Yeah. That’s what’s been so fun about the Judge telling off the media. Trump hasn’t said shit about anyone or frightened anyone. It’s the media that’s screwed up everyone.

It's because ORANGE MAN BAD is pretty much the last thing left for mslt media orgs to get clicks

This trial and the next one are going to be absolutely fucking circuses

Same. Trump's been very consistent that the European nations should pay more for the defense of Europe.
It astounds me that even now, all the Ukraine war has done for Europe's defense for 90% of NATO nations is "I guess we'll buy 10 more tanks, 5 extra jets, and a few secondhand M4 carbines the US has lying around". Like seriously, you faggots, I promise you don't need to put so much funding into your hate speech laws and abysmal socalized Healthcare systems that takes years to get a sniffle looked at.

Republicans are competitive with likely voters, but on Election day, ballot boxes in Detroit get stuffed with votes by people who never actually went to the polls.
Nah, Michigan’s polling was never close. They genuinely didn’t see it coming in 2016.
In 2020 they had to justify that Trump wouldn’t win, which is why it’s weird that he is competitive now.

About the accuracy of the aggregate. The polls suddenly became way more accurate the week of the election. They were way off for most of the cycle.
Quinnipac is absolute artificial consensus dogshit though.
