It's definitely not Flutter. Anna has been around since pre-Christory and is much closer to Chris's own age (and also has never held his hand and isn't a blonde midget).

@Honey Pie mention in the Random Thoughts & Questions thread that Chris is friends with a few people on Duo Lingo and I got curious and decided to join Duo Lingo to figure out who else was on his friend list and a name of "Helmi Ikävalko" appeared in his list and when I searched "Helmi name" on the Brave search engine, it shows in the results that Helmi is in fact a Estonian and Finnish name.

We don’t know for definite if Flutter is indeed Finnish, but we do know from Chris’s past interactions with gal-pals of whom he saw as potential sweethearts that Chris often tried to impress them by taking a big interest in their hobbies (i.e. Chris becoming obsessed with MLP after Megan introduced it to him, Chris listening to Celtic bands after he learned that The Wallflower liked anything Irish) so there is a strong possibility that Flutter is Finnish.

For now, let’s keep a look out for anybody with the name Helmi and find out if Helmi is Flutter.

As a casual duolingo user, I'll point out that Helmi's main language she's been learning is Finnish for English speakers, so she's presumably not very good at Finnish and hasn't spent much time there. Most Finns have to take English at school from an early age, so learning English in reverse from duolingo isn't really a thing. Especially considering Finnish is considered one of their weaker courses even by duolingo standards, not even covering all the basic tenses. The most common languages for learning on duolingo in Finland are Spanish and Swedish. Also her nickname is raccoon freak, an English name about an American animal

Flutter is most likely someone who had no interaction with Chris prior to 2021. Because I believe someone said they contacted each other sometime that year. She's an off the grid phantom girl who is probably never had anything going for her except Chris and that could be taken with a grain of salt.

Anna is 100% not Flutter. Flutter is like 4'9 and looks nothing like Anna.

You're all wrong. I just spoke with a trusted source, and I was able to get 100% verifiable proof of Flutter's identity.

Good point on what she's studying. Also, it is not necessarily her actual name there, either.

Also assuming she's around her thirties, like I am, she would've studied english six years in primary school, three years in secondary education and mandatory courses in tertiary education (if any). It'd be more common to take an actual language courses on top of that in case you slept through school. Also, by principle, I hope nobody will jump the gun and start JULAYYing random finns.

Also got reminded of when Chris brought up Flutter as his wife in the Persona 5 livestream. Wasn't sure if it was notable enough to include here.
TL:biggrin:R: A commenter asked if Silvana and Cryzel can see the world around him. Chris replied they can, hen after a long pause he added "...and Flutter" in a much lower voice. Right afterwards, in a louder voice, he said "and everyone else".

I actually added it on here before deleting it because one of my guys said it was Chris. But yeah, if that's so, then this is the only recorded sample of Flutter's voice.
