Just for the record for the people who aren't in the know, at this point in their lives, Kayla is pregnant with the child who would, years later, ask a cop for fresh clothes because hers were dirty and weren't getting washed. And then she would hold that same cop's hand as she was escorted outside to her mother before she was taken away for suspected child neglect and substance abuse.

Melonie Mac -“I’ll pray for you to get through this, Jesus can redeem anyone”
I wouldn't exactly call that nosegaurding. Praying for someone to beat an addiction isn't the same as defending their degenerate self destructive behavior.

If Mike Lindell could beat a crack addiction and start a successful pillow factory, I'm sure Nick can turn his life around. He just has to admit that he has a problem, get treatment for it, and work to establish a good relationship with his children again. I just don't know if he can make it past step one.

As a matter of convenience, yes. If you're just some random person working a job, and your family/friends circle is average, then sure, why not.
But if I would be a streamer, and Daily Mail would be writing articles about me, and there would be a forum with 100k opinions about me - mainly negative - and if dozens, if not hundreds of other streamers and content creators would start talking about my case - AND, CRUCIALLY - if I would KNOW FOR FUCKING SURE I didn't use coke, I am not an alcoholic, I can absolutely be held accountable - yeah, I would try to prove it. I would put myself through the process, just to show people they are wrong about me.
Just so I can forever stick it in their face that I am clean, I can be absolutely dependable and reliable, and I am not above humiliating myself to the authorities, if in exchange I can prove how much I care about my kids - more than about my convenience or freedoms. I would do this for kids - to teach them something - show them that I fucked up and there is a price to pay for me. I need to get better regardless of the final sentence.
But what did Nick teach the kids - that if daddy has got big bucks he can be the exact same piece of shit forever and ever, until he fucks up so bad he has to go to prison. And even then, it's gonna be the fault of that gawd damn gubmint and that gawd damn church. It will never be Nick's fault.

I see this whole thing as another missed opportunity for Nick. Just another time where he could've taken the high road, and he decided not to.
A "missed opportunity" assumes he could meet the conditions. [X].

Personally, if I'm innocent, my freedom from invasive intervention would matter to me. It's a shit-show either way.

A clean and innocent person who was totally framed might opt for no bond/having conditions to make a point, though even if they paid bond, they could arrange for or agree to random testing by neutral parties, if having some need to prove to "the public" that they are OK and clean.

For an addict/guilty person, there's
no benefit to agreeing to conditions (if you have a choice) other than to say, nevermind the past, for 3 months I've tested clean for drugs and have not been caught drinking. Meager. Tbf, if you can afford bond/no conditions and don't opt for it, without also going to rehab, it might suggest (in common view, not judicial or legal) that you know you can't stay straight without express requirements.

Being guilty/using and able to afford bond but choosing to go the conditional route, plus going to rehab, acknowledges an issue but looks for leniency/ lesson learned.

On the other hand, an addict guilty of the crimes charged who can afford bond/no conditions but opts for no bond/conditions bc they think in the moment they're so scared they'll never use again is taking a big gamble.

Similarly, a guilty addict who hasn't seen fit to go straight and who thinks he can fake it or scam it for three months could try it as a show, and would likely fuck it up.

And an unrepentant guilty person and active user obviously would want to pay for no conditions, in desperation.

Tl; dr: the choice to bond out cuts multiple ways, depending on whether there is an actual dependency problem. Whether guilty or not, dependent or not, I'd rather be free from imposed requirements.
Doesn't seem to be a troll since he has years long history including replying to rekieta.

His whole law practice seems to be composed of a one page website on GoDaddy sites which seems just to be a mildly modified template with a simple contact form.
(Couldn't pull up business records due to the Pennsylvania government website forbidding access for me)

lol another lawyer with 3 years' experience. And a Hitler haircut. Nice.

As I understand it, Rekieta's father is that rich. Richer. His are presumably the resources Nick Rekieta and his wife will have at their disposal when legal proceedings are further underway.
Mother.

Yep. If you're not born into a small town, but move there, you're almost forever considered to be somewhat of an outsider. Even if you've lived there for 10 years, you're still considered a transplant by the local natives.

My guess is that the Spicer locals think of Nick as some kind of big city asshole rich guy. And given that Nick has little to no interest in his community and looks down on the people in his town, the locals will not be on his side.
This is especially true in MN. Now, Nick is a Minnesotan in most respects by virtue of having gone to high school, college, and law school there, but he was likely always the +1 in the community.

Motorcycle.

Oh definitely. I want to see Barnes give him the Vic treatment and reap the consequences. It's like poetry. It rhymes.

You need a new gimmick.

I'm starting to think it's time to start thread banning anyone thirsting for Kayla or April. It's disgusting to see people simping for these subpar, drug addled, bad women. It's not even funny as a joke. Seeing how pathetic an out of place it looks, I vow to never simp for anyone ever again and apologize for any simping I may have done on the farms.

...it says exactly that on his shirt.
I didn't even see the shirt nor his connection to the pedo arab before posting, only the clip where he makes his thinly-veiled accusations. Dude has that chomo physiognomy.

Glad that the crying act didn't get him taken off the list. Dude's a manipulative little worm.

The only way someone gets removed from this list is if the information about them noseguarding turns out to be false. I personally saw his defense clips and I refuse to let him cry his way out of that.

I haven't listened to the episode but Broadside indicated recently that Dan Mullen, who is more closely related to Tomlinson and Anthony Cumia cow-wise, seems to be taking the "kids should be able to feed themselves" route regarding Nick per his last podcast episode.

Thanks, added

I didn’t think so either and there was some debate about whether she counts or not some thousand pages ago or so. I decided to leave her on since at the very least she was sympathetic to Nick, but if there’s no clear evidence of her defending him outside of this, I can remove her

I agree but the thing with the scale is…what was it for?

They weren’t packaging and selling things (merch, eBay shit), they sure as fuck aren’t baking or bulking. I know it’s all what if but honestly WHY do you think they had a scale? He wasn’t weighing before a buy, sure as fuck not after is the drive is 2hrs.
When you get MDMA it's like a rocky powder. You need to break it up and weigh it to ensure you're ingesting the desired amount, as the results will vary SIGNIFICANTLY if not. Coke is nbd, you can eyeball that shit but Molly....too much and you could die or more likely you'll have an annoying crying mess of a whore to console for 2 days who believes she's dying till she comes down. If you're feeding drugs to whores, you want to keep them fun not annoying and crying or on the verge of death by OD.

Edit. Also, having a scale to prevent rip off doesn't mean you take it to the transaction. Someone as afraid of conflict as nick would likely buy first and bitch later, privately to his harem. Never to the actual plug.

Disagree. I appreciate @Fapcop insights very much. He has a very peculiar view of the world, and is rare to see someone with such an insatiable thirst shitpost so well.

He has… how shall we say… unconventional tastes.

(Yes, every reference I make is from Fargo, what of it).

You have Lawgic on there twice. I'd also separate the list a bit to make some distinction between the Royal Noseguard zealots and the more casual "muh both sides" balldo apologists, plus adding a running tally of turncoats would be useful.
Fixed the good Lawgic bit. To be honest, all of these lawtube names are harder to keep track of than the names in the fucking skeptic community.

Some separations would be a good idea, yes. If anything to have lawyers and non-lawyers in different spots.
The reason why turncoats aren’t mentioned explicitly is because there isn’t an excuse for being on this list. From day one, if you defended Nick, you were excusing child neglect and extreme drug abuse, this was in the police report in day one and we all knew about it for months, this thread talked about it for months. All the warrant and later incident report did was add even more details and elaboration to what was already know.

Faggots like Uncivil and Legal Mindset are trying to have their own redemption arcs by pretending they didn’t know any better, when they absolutely did. They deserve to be forever known as someone who swept up for Rekieta and defended him, even if they would eventually backpedal.

The historical pics of Kayla and Nick made me sad. I was curious to see if Nick's eldest is actually in normal school because Nick often lies. He is. He made high honors (over 3.5 gpa) as of Dec. 2023. Local news published the honor roll. The family side of this gets sadder and sadder.

85% of what he says he has no reason to lie
Aaron has no reason to lie? Come again? I can think of dozens of reasons for Aaron to lie.

- His hurt ego
- Revenge
- To get April out of the Rekieta's home (for the streams before the arrest)
- To get April to turn on the Rekietas
- To get April back
- To get Kayla to leave Nick
- To get Kayla clean
- To get April clean
- To be with Kayla
- Clicks and views
- General fame for future ticket sales; he is a stand-up comedian if I'm not mistaken
- To get the police to arrest Nick
- His ex-wife demanded it in exchange for avoiding a custody fight
- The cops/Kayla/kids asked him to go public behind the scenes
- He knew the arrest was coming and needed to distance his involvement
- To deflect his own responsibility for his own career (such as it is)

It's very convenient that he claims to have fed the kids and did very little cocaine. A decent defense attorney could easily destroy him.

(To be clear, I believe much of what Aaron has claimed. I'm simply pointing out that he has a serious credibility issue.)

Yeah, Melonie Mac mostly got crap because one of her initial tweets said something like "don't let people get you down". But by her own admission she didn't even know what was going on. Her biggest sin here is ignorance. If she knew of Nick's degeneracy she'd be calling him a faggot™.
I'd like to see the list updated to reflect the evolution of people's positions (like Kurt).

Funny you mention it. MDickie has been working hard on the remake in the Wrestling Empire engine and it should be out sometime this year.

Looks like someone already made him. from the Steam Workshop:

Wasn’t there a cuckold simulator that was adding real life celebrities and had Jack Murphy in it? I feel like a Rekieta update would be nice

I find Melonie Mac a little annoying, however, her take was just a simple platitude like "Hope everyone gets help and hope they find their way to God," or something along those lines, and seems to be completely removed from all this drama other than what she's hearing about it in passing. She only commented about it because someone tagged her in it and she has no idea why she was tagged to it in the first place. Then PPP just lost his ever loving mind. You would think PPP is accusing Melonie of abusing the kids right alongside Nick.

I get it, battle lines get drawn in situations like this, but it's gotten to the point where people have to be completely anti-Nick and hopes he burns in hell or Nick did absolutely nothing wrong.

Having a room temperature take such as "Wow, this is bad. Hope everyone gets help, the kids get support, and the family finds peace and healing in God," has become noseguarding. I'm sure there are people here that would cheer at the news that Nick is beyond redemption, Kayla divorces Nick, he OD's, and his kids hate their family for the rest of their lives, but I think that is a minority of people. I think most people do really hope the kids get the help they need to heal, and that both Nick and Kayla find the help they need, and repair their family. The Rekieta's can come back from this (if Nick allows it, but unfortunately it's not trending that way) but it seems like we have to cheer against it or just be blind the sins of Nick and Kayla.

Just about anybody that does drugs owns a scale. Aaron said it was specifically for weighing out doses of MDMA.

That reasoning doesn't make any sense. The weight of a given amount is useless information when you have no idea how pure it is. 125mg that is 80% pure is twice as potent as 125mg that is only 40% pure. The average drug user doesn't have the chemistry skills necessary to determine the purity of a given substance.

Is anyone really surprised that a decorated agent of the Deep State like Vice Colonel Spectre1337 is speaking out against Barnes? Why did it take so long for him to get his orders? What is Langley planning?
Speck Tree's orders are discretely sent to him in the mail via fake Job Fair invitations. Allegedly he hasn't completed his assigned missions in over 13 years, likely because noone told him the method of communication and he naturally throws out any mail related to gainful employment opportunities.

I think the point is it’s a consistent dose for that batch of product. If you figure out 50mg works for you by trial and error, you can keep measuring out 50mgs.
Not a drug expert by any means. Except for mushrooms.
