Especially since Legalmindset’s current cope is that “I was never nose guarding, I was factual!”

Legal Mindset - “Barnes actually had a lot of good points and nobody is listening, PPP is all strawman arguments, and you Kiwifarmers better prove to me why this didn’t violate the constitutions!“[link]

Legal Mindset wasn't noseguarding. Did you even watch that stream you linked? (Let alone the stream previous to that one.) He attacks the noseguards at the start and calls them "Bronies" and also says "Fuck Nick Rekieta!". The stream was him just giving legal arguments that could possibly be used in his defense. He wasn't "defending" Nick in general.

My guess is that the Spicer locals think of Nick as some kind of big city asshole rich guy. And given that Nick has little to no interest in his community and looks down on the people in his town, the locals will not be on his side.
Even if he doesn't talk the same contemptuous shit he does in public online when he's talking to them in person, his asshole attitude will still shine right through.

Just for the record for the people who aren't in the know, at this point in their lives, Kayla is pregnant with the child who would, years later, ask a cop for fresh clothes because hers were dirty and weren't getting washed. And then she would hold that same cop's hand as she was escorted outside to her mother before she was taken away for suspected child neglect and substance abuse.
It's absolutely pathetic, in the old and new senses of the word, that a small child would trust the guy who just battered down the door to her home over her own fucked-up, worthless parents.

And TUG us live with the "good news".
GREAT NEWS!

New judge! So now he didn't do cocaine and abuse kids. Be sure to like comment and subscribe.

Also why the fuck is he still using Depp in Rekieta related thumbnails like that's still relevant at all? This faggot only streamed over the trial with guests and talked about it. He didn't DO anything in the case, so he doesn't deserve that, especially not anymore.

Personally, if I'm innocent, my freedom from invasive intervention would matter to me. It's a shit-show either way.
Personally, it sucks. Having to piss in front of another dude is humiliating. But I'm pretty sure having them go literally right up your ass on admission to prison is worse. If it increases my chances to have a number of clean tests under my belt, basically proving I've been on the straight and narrow, at the time it comes for diversion or sentencing or whatever, I'd like to be able to show I've been an angelic little being made of pure light that whole time.

That's not even getting into the money issue. That $5K may be what I need (or part of what I need) to hire an expert or whatever. It could be going to my defense. Not everyone is made of money and, apparently, not even Nick is currently.

Having a room temperature take such as "Wow, this is bad. Hope everyone gets help, the kids get support, and the family finds peace and healing in God," has become noseguarding.
I don't really care about that. I don't have enough rage in me to. Just the people actively lying about it, making shit up about the law, and blaming the kids are so disgusting they soak it all up. I don't really have any left over for people who are less deserving of going feet first into a woodchipper.

Another video today. He's really riding this thing out 'till the end. Guess it does better than the Gamestop videos.

You gotta admit, him going on a murderous rampage over losing Nick is way cooler than pathetically trying to coddle his way back in like this.
He's so stupid one almost feels sorry for him. But then you don't. Because he is also shamelessly grifting this harder than anyone meanwhile feigning loyalty to the cuck.
For someone with a family full of dead addicts you'd think he'd know better than to believe one who makes no mention of the evident issue. He deserves another dead friend if this is the level of support he's capable of offering. Rekeita deserves no support in this moment but if you're going to offer any, you'd think it would at least avoid being counterproductive.

I personally don't think generic "I'm praying for you and your family" is worth any kind of mention or acknowledgement anywhere. You're just copy-pasting a template, and as it requires no actual thought or effort, I don't count it in either direction.

There was a little while where I did feel bad for him. Dude is probably lonely.

But, after awhile you start to ask the question "Well, have you even tried to make other friends?"

Art you buy through galleries can usually be resold for current value (ideally more than you paid), less commission either to a gallery or an auction house. I have done this once or twice and “made” a little money or swapped for something in the same ballpark, but the art market is fickle and slow, so I wouldn’t (EVER) choose it as an investment strategy in the least

If you're buying a decent artist from a good gallery, they'll be holding significant amounts of that artists work as stock and so will engage in a fairly high degree of price support. If one of artist X's paintings goes onto the open market and achieves a true value that's just a tenth of what the retail price of the paintings sell for, they're screwed. All that stock they're holding becomes worthless. All those customers who bought work from them in the believe that they'd at least hold their value if not appreciate will be furious and might want to be made good. So when the paintings come up for auction, the gallery will ensure the price doesn't fall too low.

But a couple of economists did a study of the returns made by art over the last fifty years. They identified 2.3 million paintings that have been sold in that period. Of those, just 32,000 had sold more than once. Where are the other two and a quarter million paintings? The economists hypothesis is that they aren't traded because they'd sell at a significant loss.

I'm always struck by the values of paintings on the Antiques Roadshow by painters who were well regarded artists in their day, but who were never at the cutting edge of some important art historical movement, so are at most, a footnote in the history books. The prices invariably depend on how decorative the painting is and whether there is a significant body of collectors interested in that artists work, but I'm always shocked by how little they're valued at once they no longer have a gallery actively maintaining those artificial price supports.

I'd highly recommend Don Thompson's books, The 12 Million Dollar Stuffed Shark: The Curious Economics of Contemporary Art and The Orange Balloon Dog: Bubbles, Turmoil and Avarice in the Contemporary Art Market if you have any interest into how the economics of the art trade works.
