The livestreaming of trials Nick was doing, he was using Law and Crime's streams. They were pissed he got more views than they did and threatened to copyright strike him. Many lawtubers like andrea burkhart, branca, natalie, emily have all come on on Law and Crime on occasion but Nick was someone they'd never have on because of that.
