I was actually surprised when I was gonna move from one city to another and wanted to see if I could get comparable internet speeds to what I was used to. I could but the map made me realize that probably 60-70% of the country has dogshit internet. Pretty sure even where I am fiber only became normal in the last 5 years or so and offered to everyone by ISPs

No there is DSL in lots of the rural areas. And now fiber to the in most.

Power level-Travel for work lots. In rural areas. Most have either DSL or Fiber now at home. Ya tiny pockets where there is 10 hillbillies all related and all married might not.
Those are getting rarer and rarer.
And theses states I am traveling through are the poorest ones in the US. The ones with huge amounts of the population living in poverty.

Well went and checked that what providers in Casper. One Fiber / DSL provider. And it was that CenturyLink that was mentioned, but not 80 Mbps, no. Their availability check did not show Unit 27 from that trailer park... does it mean that one has their deal already? That was his unit, 27? Well it is one shitty connection. This is what I was offered to unit 28. I assume wireless options just have to be better. Though 3 Mbps/500 Kbps, could that even live stream? He must have Verizon 5G.
