I think there's technically a possibility of a plea down to misdemeanor(s) as far just the charges in and of themselves. But I don't think they would be willing to work something out with Nick due to his reputation and shit talking. Grifter implies someone who swindles people through fraud. Everyone's social media image and personality is curated to some extent, no one presents themselves 100% thoroughly and accurately online. Basically 2 rings means he can maintain plausible deniability on being married or not, which broadens his opportunities to swing and/or cheat.
