This surprised me as well but what I've found are there are two kinds of sugar craving. The bad one is the wild blood-sugar swing induced ones and they last for the first few days. They're hard to deal with and you just have to soldier through them. They're your body being actually out of balance and wobbling all over the place. Refined sugar is just a continuous over-correction that protracts the wobbling.Lost another two pounds so that’s six overall. I’m getting somewhere, I guess. surprisingly, I haven’t craved anything sweet so far. I did buy dark chocolate (85% cocoa) and had one square, it tasted like crap,
After that, what is left is just psychological habit and ordinary hunger that can be satisfied by normal healthy meals. Get that far and you basically just have to apply steady good habits. Which isn't easy but it's the difference between flying a plane in calm skies and during bad turbulence.
