KF Guide to Woke Games

Any thoughts on Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice? I know it's a story-focused walking stimulator about mental illness, but do they write it woke?
I've played it and i would put it in the mild category. Bits about fighting the patriarchy and some Girlboss tendencies, but nothing over the top. They also made Astrid,a native icelandic Girlboss type have mulatto features. Other than that i didnt notice to much.

Is Silent Hill (and Resident Evil) hard? I played the Silent Hill games on normal and they were okay, except the second half of 4. I play on easy now because I like to walk around and look at all of the references. I know trannies like 3 because they have some headcanon that Heather is omg trans because she dyed her hair and changed her name, ignoring the other reasons she has for doing that. Never played RE though!
In my experience, Silent Hill is not actually that difficult. But I've also played Silent Hill a lot less than Resident Evil. Classic Resident Evil titles (RE1, RE2, RE3, RECV, RE0) are pretty tricky your first few times through if you're not accustomed to tank controls and limited bullets, as you're still learning the layout and which locations you need to go to first to avoid running out of ammo.

The PS1 Resi games are easy enough to play. If you can run around a zombie just do it. Thats it. Then you notice you have plenty of ammo and its basically an action movie at that point.
Could argue Resident Evil 3 is an action game since they give you stupid amounts of ammo to fight the Nemesis.
Depends on the difficulty you select. I definitely found myself kiting zombies more often on RE1 remake, but that wasn't to save ammo; that was delaying the creation of Crimson Heads until I could find some kerosine. As for your comment about RE3, you do not get copious amounts of ammo to fight him each time unless you're playing on the easy difficulty where they just throw 250 bullets, 100 shells, 50 magnum shots, a submachine gun (I don't know the exact totals on these bullet amounts, it's my least favorite of the classics) in the item box right at the beginning. Otherwise, you're constantly mixing ammo as you need it.

I never found any of the more well known survival horror games even remotely challenging except RE0.
RE1 remake is harder than RE0, in my opinion. The only part that gave me trouble in RE0 was the final boss, had to have replayed that fight like 15 times before I finally beat it. The cool thing about RE0 was being able to have Billy follow you and cover you with a knife if you get grabbed.

Code Veronica is also harder than RE0. About halfway through the game the gameplay switches over to Chris and you lose access to any items that may have been in Claire's inventory (which could be a whole stockpile of ammo). Plenty of "points of no return", plenty of ways to screw yourself over. They even put a respawning poisonous enemy in a hallway outside of a save room, and you often don't find out if you got poisoned until like 30 seconds after you're attacked. There has been multiple times that I saved in Antarctica just for a moth egg to hatch upon reload and damage/poison me.

I'm just saying, everyone: in the 90's, these games had a similar notoriety to "soulslike" or "soulsborne" titles. They were considered frustrating and difficult to play. Just because we've had access to memorize them for like 28 years doesn't change the inherent difficulty of tank controls, dogshit camera angles and limited resources (including the amount of times you can save). These titles aren't friendly to casuals.

Objectively wrong. The game provides tons of gunpowder so you can choose to fight Nemesis. If you choose to run away then you have extra resources to kill standard enemies.
There's also some decision moments that let you kill Nemesis for free. You can at least assemble the superior Handgun this way if you insist on never using ammo on Nemesis.
I'm referring to Hard mode too. (Which is basically Normal, since your only difficulty options are Easy or Hard.)

I remember that mission, the billionaires and the rest of the NPCs are all wearing masks and the mission it's clearly inspired by all those rich people cults and gatherings. Incidentally, it is also the mission where you can find the circumcision knife, what did they mean by this?
I have to find that knife, I wanna see if I can kill someone with it.

I feel like, with the quality of the OP, I should resurrect the pridebeforefall domain. I need a serious project manager though. My original thought with it was to have it static templating with Hugo, a Go-based static website building platform. It's really easy even for low experience people to contribute to.

Have you ever spoken to Kabrutus of deidetected.com? He's sort of doing a similar thing.

Yes, but I'm not sure if he'd just want to render unto caesar with his entire project.

My main goal would be to make something very normie friendly though.

I also suggest aside having a "None" option where the game or dev is truly neutral that there be a "Chud" rating i.e a game dev openly against rainbow nonsense be it on Twitter or in game.

Example, Five Nights at Freddys was made by a Scott Cawthon who's deeply Christian and donated to Trump. Twitter still has a Fatwah against him.

That of course doesn't make the game inherently good but it's worth noting

That could also just be fit for an entirely different thread.

All games from all corporations are gay as fuck because they have to be, their disgusting pandering act makes them trot out the troon flag and sing Lady Gaga all day. You can at least understand why they’re doing it, it’s business.

Indie companies doing this shit? That’s not business, that’s a troon developer, that is their activism. Request to add a “Highly Gay and Retarded” rating specifically for Troon devs who use their game as a platform to tell children they need to cut their dick off.

Wokefactor: None
Description:
It's a very stylized, very fast paced FPS set in an open world (i guess in clouds?).
The game is still under development, so who knows if there will be woke or not.
Character Customization:
PS. I had to set the Graphics on low because I am on a potato PC.

What do you guys think? Mild or Medium?
The gender isn't in your face and you have to find it in their bio, but you could just ignore it and this tab isn't important for the game at all and it is just a tiny text.
There is also some obvious diversity danger hair tier characters, but you could just ignore them and pick someone else.

You play as a witch (noita in finnish), I ranked it None since it isn't in your face if you aren't finnish and you play as a silent protag and that is about it.
There is literally nothing else that I can think of beyond this and the protag design doesn't scream girl power either, it is very neutral.

Medium.

It doesn't really matter if it's in your face.
