And in MN it takes a lot to get your license revoked. It's common for people with multiple DWIs to still have them, but they will have "whisky plates" (license plate starting with W) and have their travel restricted. He's not losing it over speeding tickets.

I'm guessing it's true that officially Nick has a narcolepsy diagnosis (he once mentioned having a sleep study), but imo there's no way he actually has true narcolepsy.

Nick was probably just drunk during the sleep study, since alcohol (or alcohol withdrawal) changes your sleep latency and time spent in sleep phases.

What's interesting though is somewhere around Q1 2024, Nick mentioned in a video that he takes narcolepsy prescriptions, plural.

We know he takes Provigil (modafinil). What are the other(s)?

There aren't a lot of other narcolepsy drugs, but many have high abuse potential and they include

I am no legal expert, so I can't comment on if it will affect his criminal trial directly.

However, habitually acting like a fucking sperg behind the wheel will look terrible in a hypothetical jury trial. This could in turn reduce the benefits of a plea bargin, as the more of a slam dunk trial conviction seems to be, the less need the DA will feel play it safe by bargaining down to a lesser charge in a plea.

Also, deliberately thumbing your nose at the courts like this will piss somebody off with authority to wreck your shit eventually, so bad idea no matter how you look at it.
