You know, people are saying the test is fake, or that the kid didn't get into the cocaine. Ok sure I can buy that being a case, but mother fucker has 5 kids. If 1 is 10x the limit, how are the other 4 coming up clean?
If I had to make a wild guess, it's the most simple one:
  1. They were high as shit and weren't paying attention
  2. They had a small to-go container of coke somewhere
  3. The kid found it and maybe ingested some orally. (idk how coke works)
I think this for 2 reasons:
  1. Didn't Aaron leave the polycule because he caught his kid playing with a container of some kind that contained coke?
  2. Wasn't it Nick that left it there?

I'm still begging that Nick IS right and this particular document is totally fabricated.
The alternative is too grim.

Is this too much to hope for? I hope CPS torches his ass at trial.
At this point it's the more likely outcome. If CPS and the DA are solid on the test results, the Child Charges will be raised to felonies. No question. That is not a detail the DA will willingly hand wave away. And heaven forbid it gets in front of THIS Judge. Nick might have been better off with the one he hated and harassed.

By god it just keeps getting worse and worse for him. Who knows what skeleton is going to pop out of the closet next!

Yeah my point was never that it made any kind of sense. People do things that don't make sense pretty often when they are mixing narcotics.
My bad, I've been schizophrenically going between new posts and catching up on the ones that got posted while I've been reading this thread

Would a sane normal person let an 8 year old do cocaine? No. Would a drunken drugged up Baldoman offer her a snort at 3am when she's the only other one conscious? Who the fuck knows at this point.
A "hey you're the only one awake and I'm strung out, it's time you learned how to do a line, kiddo" situation sounds plausible to me as someone who isn't super familiar with this dbag, but who is very familiar with addict parents.

Nine is young, but is it any better if it's 10 or 12?

Robert Downey Junior's parents were both addicts. His father introduced him to weed and cocaine around age six. He turned out okay, I guess, but he's kind of an outliar.

Is there any way of distinguishing whether the sample came from the kid ingesting it, or can it be a contaminant from contact with another person?
Depends on the type of test but yes.

You're off by a whopping 1,000,000 1,000,000,000.
5000mg is 5 grams.

Depending on the readings it could just be coke residue on their hands and stroking her hair. If they were using enough to buy bricks and chop it all up all day everyday, you'd likely find some incidental exposure.
It's questionable why only one kid got such a positive test which both favours and denies the accidental daddy stash theory, depending on how they tested it.
I've had some time to cool down. It might just be the kid always being in close proximity to mummy and daddy. Maybe she sleeps with them. I had a relative who slept with mummy until he was 14.
If she was always that close, spending a third of the day with mummy and daddy in such close proximity, then I can see a case here.

Now let that sink in, we're here arguing accidental exposure versus curiosity versus environmental contamination.
And the lesser of the evils is accidental exposure and contamination.
That's the state of Balldo. The bar is so low now.

@Dyn how hard is to wash off that contaminant for coke in a normal hygiene routine? I know they claim the kids were filthy but does it not come off after a bath? Does it persists after sample washing pre-test?
Very hard and yes. You're not washing that stuff off. That's one reason for having a cutoff. If you went to a shady nightclub with cocaine use, you might get it on you despite never knowingly touching it.

Seems average for decontamination.

They used many wash protocols with different preparation time, attempting to decontaminate the samples, and they compared it to samples of cocaine users.

This private information is unavailable to guests due to policies enforced by third-parties.

Assuming she never knowingly touched or sniffed daddy's snow, for her hair to test positive and be on the levels of a recreational user, she's had prolonged exposure to the substance.

Not to say that necessarily caused it, but actors often like being other people to be immersed in a world which is not their own.

The dude was also strung out for years and publicly in super shit shape. Wouldn't really consider a hollywood actor working for Disney to be "okay" though I get what you mean in the general perception.

Is that pug confirmed dead yet? I think it was Sunny?
Also I mean, not to be too crazy but there is a logical next step here that has a non-zero chance of coming out.

Kid was 8 till week ago I heard. I don't think she "got into it herself" as some people think she might have. 8 year old child would overdose if they tried to maintain habit without supervision. And I don't mean ODing once in January and surviving.
This is true, I just don't want to type the implications.
Hoping that it's a sample mixup or something.

I don’t buy the “molesterchu” arch just because in Nicks house there was;

A) Alcohol
B) Ketamine
C) Cocaine
D) Molly

Now presented as the multiple-choice and the question being “if you needed to numb someone to molest them, please chose ABC or D”. Cocaine arguably seems like the worst choice.
I don't buy into that theory either, but just for the sake of playing devil's advocate, we have to take into consideration that Nick's a genuinely brain-damaged retard who isn't operating on the same wavelength as most people. And while drugging his kid with coke for the sake of abuse wouldn't make sense to us when he has MD and ket on hand, it could well make sense to a man who's brain probably looks like two raw chicken breasts put together.

Plus, if Aaron is to be believed (bit of an ask I know), then Nick seems to have developed an obsession with cocaine in particular to the point where he's deluded himself into thinking it's some sort of miracle substance. So I don't think it's out of the question that he may view the coke as the best drug to facilitate abuse, simply because in his eyes it's the best drug for everything. Finally, and I feel genuinely ill considering this but still:

Yeah that’s exactly what you want in a rape victim, them constantly moving around and not being able to shut the fuck up.
Unless that's how the abuser enjoys them, I've encountered lads that would insist on women they hooked up with doing a line before the deed because it 'makes them ride better'. These were all adult women though, but I can believe a sick cunt would view a child the same way.

I still think the most likely answer is she was raiding the stash while the "adults" were locked in the bedroom for their multi-hour fuck fests. Still, I don't think the fact they had other drugs on hand is necessarily evidence to disprove the abuse theory, I just don't think there's anything concrete to actually prove it. I just really, really, hope that I'm right about that and things don't get any darker, but this is a man who has consistently lowered my expectations of him for a very long time now and there's no sign of him quitting.

You're forgetting:
E) Weed gummies
F) Kayla's pills (likely benzos)

Two months ago "Rackets is going to get raided by the cops and 26 grams of coke will be seized from the premises" would've been an outrageously retarded prediction.
Not it wouldn't have been. He's been declining at an alarming rate for like six months and was visibly on coke on stream. It was only a matter of time. Predicting 26 grams would have just been seen as a bit of an exaggeration.

Wild retarded speculation that has probably been speculated already: Nick is a dumb fuck that thinks he knows best, better than doctors for sure.  If the "worst day of his life" was the favorite child overdosing and they didn't take her to a hospital for it, maybe he decided to have her "taper off" after she pulled through those first few days. Could be why her levels were still higher despite happening back in February, though the testers could have just pulled a longer hair sample (and apparently kids' hair grows in more slowly until they hit puberty).
