I just don't think it's wise to even hope that a child was sexually abused as some "own".
I think it's less of a case that anybody hopes that a kid was molested (seriously, who the hell would even be fucked up enough to hope for that? Other than Vito, of course.), and more of a fear that because this whole situation has gotten progressively worse and worse that this is what's going to come out.

It went from Nick being an alcoholic, to having orgies with another couple, to doing cocaine, to neglecting his kids, and now his 9 year old has popped positive for cocaine. It just keeps getting worse, and that's what people are expecting, that we'll find out it's somehow even worse than it already appears to be.

I enjoyed bashing Nick as much as the next person the past month but I always felt that, assuming Kayla and Nick could clean themselves up and not bring their swinger nonsense into their home, the kids would be better off going back to them. I'm changing my position though, this shit is inexcusable and even if they clean themselves up they shouldn't be allowed their kids back till they provably clean up their act for at least half a year or more.

Also, it doesn't really matter how she ended up with that much cocaine in her system. Whether it was her stumbling upon a stash and started to eat or use it herself, or if it was given to her by older siblings, Kayla and Nick are still 100% responsible.

Have to disagree, if the justice system thinks that they should be able to see their kids at all until they're adults I'd consider that a failure. There's being forgiving and then there's enabling somebody that can reasonably be called a horrorcow now.

There wasn’t any crack or crack pipes in the house and Nick wouldn’t be caught smoking a drug that poor people use. He prides himself on getting the purest cocaine available in MN.

I don't know if you're aware my nigger, but since the 1980's cocaine has been a poor people's drug. Every raggedy arsed homeless person around here is buying two white and a brown as their standard order.

Also: for the fools going on about rectal administration, it's just not a thing -- and never has been. It won't get you high, all it'll get you is a frozen asshole. People might try it once. They'll never try it again. It's a waste of cocaine.

You'd generally be sending it to some SAMHSA certified lab. I try to avoid categorical statements, though, since it's possible some CPS agencies do have some kind of captive certified lab. I don't think Minnesota does, though.
The only thing I am going to say in Nick's defense is that Texas a couple of years back had a huge problem with their state lab making up results and hiring unqualified staff. I wouldn't be too surprised if 2024 Minnesota has a similar problem.

And i only say that out of utter naivety. The simplest answer to me is that she was being groomed or molested and the coke was to drug her. It's weird that she's Nick's favorite and the only one to test positive. I hope she simply got into the stash emulating her parents (how fucked up is it that this is the relieving option?)

A few weeks ago speculating that nick was an alcoholic doing blow was "fanfiction by scandinavian incels". Now he's facing trafficking level charges of coke possession, gun charges, child neglect charges, and now it's been revealed that his 9 year old daughter has cocaine in her system. But hey, lets not reach here and suggest that the coke head drunk sex addict may have no no touched his daughter. That's just to outlandish.
I don't care about "locals"- no one here would have raised an eyebrow at someone suggesting he was doing coke because there was evidence of it. Well before the raid, pretty much everyone figured he was on drugs- just a question of which ones.

The fact that the guy who was clearly on drugs turned out to be on drugs (and is a terrible parent) all tracks and requires no real leap. That doesn't equal "sexually abusing his child", though- the worst possible thing in the world.

Nothing drives me up a wall like child abuse.
It's absolutely mental that this twat had the nerve to lecture others on how to live their lives while being such an utter reprobate behind the scenes.
I fervently hope they are met with the most severe consequences possible for their reprehensible actions.

Nick you are a right exceptional individual.

Edit: Need be said, DSP outlived another detractor.

I have no doubt Nick will be able to get clean at some point in the future if it benefits Nick. That he will have the capacity to keep up the appearance of a born-again family man, as long as it benefits Nick. And as long as it isn't at the expense of something else he wants more.

But I also doubt he will ever be able to get over his resentment, and not blame his children for what he has done and what has transpired. No matter what happens going forward, whether they get the kids back or not, he will psychologically take it out on them for "telling on him" and, as he sees it, ruining all his fun and/or reputation.

Oh, of course he forgives them for what happened, because he loves them and they didn't know any better then, even though it has permanently damaged his life and livelihood.

If they truly love him in return, they will obviously completely forgive and forget whatever it is they think he may have done wrong, even things done due to a disease he had no control over, and regardless of what actually happened. Kids do have a way of exaggerating things after all, and memory is fickle.

But btw, if they dare breathe a single word of any future dysfunction - even to another person they love and trust - the government will harm their dad and take him away again, take them away again, and it will be all their fucking fault. He just needs to warn them now because he loves them and doesn't want to see them get hurt.

It's Camelot's theory based on Nick talking about the Medicinal Value of cocaine:
View attachment 6105777
This theory is what a cop would trick someone into saying during a confession. Like tricking a murder suspect into confessing by offering them a bs moral high ground scenario where its understandable to kill their wife and children.

More pure speculation but you guys are overlooking the older siblings as a potential source of cocaine in the 8yo.
Wildcard: the 8yo accidentally found out that cocaine makefeelgood by one of the many scenarios we can imagine - recognized it was a verboten thing and threatened to tell her teacher about it unless given access to a supply.

Nick being blackmailed over his drugs by his own child would be a fitting, if dark, undoing.

Plausible explanations:
1. She had night scares and slept with mama and papa Balldo.
Doing so for that long will yield such results, it seems. Prolonged exposure from a primary source. The other kids were fine.
2. She got into daddy's candy stash

Unlikely:
1. Botched results from negligence
2. Quack medicine

Implausible:
1. They were using cocaine as an anesthetic and [whatever]
2. They gave her lines

Impossible:
1. Grand gooberment conspiracy in cahoots with the church, the police, and the lab

There's so many benign explanations, but some of you guys are going with the absolute worst.
That's true. But I don't know if you agree. That was the highest test result I've seen when compared to the published literature on children.
I've seen cases reports with proved ingested cocaine use by children with a lower result than that.
You've researched it on PubMed also, right? Am I crazy to propose that Rekieta's child case is in the realms of Case Report publish material?
This is just nuts and awful, no matter the way you look at it. Kill yourself Rekeita.

I hope the child never overdosed on this like people speculate might have happened in January. I don't even know why a possible child related medical emergency indicates drugs had to be the reason, this line of thinking is so narrow it's stupid to home in on drugs only. They lived in a drug den, any number of accidents could have happened to the child that resulted in serious prolonged emergency. And I have no doubt emergency was over a child because Nick said these things happen "when you are a dad" as opposed to husband or have family.

These two drug fiends did a lot in the last couple of months to convince me unimaginable shit is normal in their life. One unimaginable thing would be having a child OD on drugs and not having a marriage fall apart over it. I naively believe the even a hard core crack whores would kick their husbands out of the home if their kid OD on husbands drugs. To just continue living as if nothing happened is beyond fucked up. But like I said, they convinced me they are an exceptional bunch so who knows. Maybe the union of mom and dad was the only priority and only thing "worth protecting at all cost" and they wouldn't separate even to save a child's life.

They got into drugs to begin with to save/prolong the marriage, they opened their marriage to keep it going, all these things are forced superficial distractions from the fact that they don't love each other, a spices to otherwise dead, lifeless and loveless family. They are refusing to come to terms with reality, as long as they are married on paper and sleep under the same roof they didn't "fail at life" even if their own kids are in potential mortal danger because they refuse to separate. The divorce is the only lose condition that Nick has and that's a fucking shame because this union is cancer that destroyed everything it's meant to protect.

You've researched it on PubMed also, right? Am I crazy to propose that Rekieta's child case is in the realms of Case Report publish material?
Yeah, as I've said in a previous post, >5000pg/mg in an 8-year-old, or 9, whatever, was the highest I have ever seen.
There is one major issue with this line of reasoning. Children are protected, to gather any information, data, surveying and so on regarding children is not just difficult, we can usually say it's impossible to reach an adequate sample size (~20 is a good start) due to the insurmountable red tape required when it comes to something highly sensitive like narcotics. This money and effort is better directed at combating cancer and more common children-related issues. The lack of results could just be a lack of funds &/or interest to do such a study.
Prolonged environmental exposure is not well explored either. We know how cocaine will interact with hair and how to deal with it, but what about prolonged exposure spanning months if not years, in quite a filthy environment? @Dyn did link a rather interesting study too.
Then there's the obvious question. Who would allow this in the first place? Well, Balldo would. Who else? It's sick and grim.
That's assuming my "best case scenario" which involves a 9-year-old in the bed with 4 adults was true. I...
Was she the one that gave Aaron a plushie?
. Well ,.. sef

Kill yourself Balldo.

Reminder that all this dumb son of a bitch had to do was stream court cases and rake in those super chats

"Hey Nick, stream a case?"
>Gets into cucking
>"Hey Nick, stream a case?"
>Becomes an alcoholic
>"Hey Nick, stream a case?"
>"forms the qover"
"Hey Nick, stream a case?"
>becomes a cokehead with his wife and mistress
"Hey Nick, stream a case?"
>gives cocaine to his 9 year old daughter
"Hey Nick, stream a case?"
>get's high as a star bird on stream
"Hey Nick, stream a case?"
>gets his house raided and loses custody of his kids
"Hey Nick, stream a case?"
>faces 25 years in prison

All you had to do was be a non practicing lawyer on stream, cover some crazy fuckin cases and live on easy street. I've said it before but i swear youtubers/streamers are the dumbest sacks of shit ever. All you have to do is not be a degenerate/not be abusive/not want to fuck kids. All you have to do is sit in your shitty recording room or studio for a few hours a day, churn out youtube slop to your hundreds of thousands (sometimes millions) of followers and subscribers and rake in dough. Do it for a few years like that Theory dude on youtube, buy a mansion, get a 6-7/10 wife, have a couple of kids, and you've won the game of life. But nope. This shit has to be studied because the connection between streaming and throwing it all away over bullshit is way too common.

I reacted with this clip once before, but it bears repeating:

Are those the children's actual names, what the fuck were they thinking?
When rural (or old-fashioned) parents can't decide who gets to name a child, they combine them into an amalgamation.
If they're retarded, they'll continue calling the child only by the half they chose.
If they're exceptional, they'll allow a child to use part of their name as a nickname, which is where "person named X who goes by Y" came quite often.
For example, "AudreyJane who goes by Ajay" and "AudreyMary who goes by Rey".

I also heard about some christian communities who would combine names due to some "holidays of the name X" if the day of birth landed on an applicable name.

@Third World Aristocrat In our neck of the woods, we got heavy abusers at 9yo, I believe it must be difficult to gather and publish info on child users.
