The only source for the XY chromosome is the single charlatan in question who is the president of the IBA. I do agree with you that he should compete in the men’s division, ultimately, as they are biologically a man.

However, the analysis of this situation is more compelling than some washed-up male athlete trooning out and beating on women to get their kicks and medals.
