Master and owner mean you control them. Little means you make them pretend you're a child and look after you. Kitten is similar but (I think) you make them pretend you're a helpless kitty cat and look after you.

That all kinda maps with how their relationship was. Kindness demanded to be doted on and pretended to be helpless, while using her BPD wiles and munching to end up in a situation where Bonnie serviced her every need, burning his life down and working long hours while she laid in bed and pissed in bowls.

"Switches" means you swap role so sometimes she was a "handler" (I guess he pretended to be the "kitten" sometime?). I guess when she was the "handler" she was sadistic, before collapsing into a heap because she had a "siezure" and had to be carried to the bath tub while Bonnie cooked her dinner.

If we consider she's supposably a switch, it makes sense it contradicts itself since it can change from day to day or even throughout the day. Thing is most people who switch won't go through and list both sides of everything. It's too tiring. They'll list the important ones for each side. This shit here is just BPD.
