He’s meant to be a good ol’ boy from (West) Memphis. A southern gentleman. So why is he wearing a hat that literally has the letter Y for ‘Yankee’ on it? Make it make sense.

Ethan wears specific hats on specific days as a sort of nuanced hint to the audience as to what he is about to do. The NY hat is a hat that he wears when he's out for revenge because it's the hat he purchased when he was traveling on horseback through his horses home-state before said horse betrayed him for no reason whatsoever. He is currently shooting promos and prepping for "The Turn" a WWE term for when a wrestler who is perceived as a villain starts to be perceived as a hero. Ethan is going to go into the parking lot (ring) and prove to the world that he is actually a super hero and not a super revenge pornographer.

It should go without saying but we all know he’s 100% not drug free. He’s so addicted to benzodiazepines that he’d die unless he tapered off. Considering his actions on livestream over the last month and a half, I sincerely doubt he’s tapered off the xannyberries.
