If you look at candid pictures of Imane, he tends to dress as masculine as he can get away with. In a recent press conference two weeks ago Umar Kremlev (the owner of the IBA) has walked back his claim that Imane Khelif tested positive for XY chromosomes and is now just claiming that it was a high testosterone level that flagged her. If you don't have the attention of a goldfish and the IQ of an Algerian you should remember that Umar previously claimed the IBA never did any testosterone testing at all and that Imane passed these tests under the IBA for FOUR YEARS. He still says the tests are super secret and you're totally not allowed to seem them because he claims the Algerian Olympic Comittee won't let him (which makes no sense because his mega secret gender test was done in India privately outside of the Olympics scope for a tournament that he owned).

Does this mean the man who is notorious for lying and fixing fights lied while being interviewed?
