Dax's forced laugh is the biggest tell. It's so fake. No smile in his eyes, no actual mirth or amusement on his face, just a loud, defensive noise coming from his mouth. The bigger the laugh the bigger the broom he is about to sweep it up with.

Even though everyone's going to be respectful and this will probably be boring, I enjoy the mental image of a sleepy, backwoods town fully unprepared to be descended upon by a parade of lunatics.

More or less the bewildered cops' reaction in the Chris Chan bodycam footage.

Work to keep that from becoming a reality, of course.

If they're not, then it'd be one more data point to indicate that maybe, JUST MAYBE, the actual practicing lawyer in this situation didn't actually write (either partially or fully) the filing... Would love to compare. Although I’m not sure how expensive they would be to pull. In federal court, non-party filings are prohibitively expensive to pull from Westlaw.
