Here are three filings drafted by Francis White. Note that there are two briefs in federal appeals which are co-authored with Robert Barnes. The other brief is a sentencing appeal in a criminal case, drafted by White alone. I might try and find a trial docket for some motions by White to compare, since these are appellate briefs rather than pretrial motions. But they all look better than Rekieta's last filing imo.

It didn't happen today, I think, because the prosecution wanted time to respond to the motion to dismiss. That may happen next hearing when they talk about evidence, and the prosecution may have to subpoena Nick or Youtube or Rumble for the original if they want the cokestream in evidence.
It shouldn't have anything to do with the motion to dismiss due to lack of probable cause for the warrant. Viewing a copy should be sufficient for probable cause.
I don't think Nick is going to play the same games in the court room that he talks about playing on stream. Not unless he feels like Barneswalker isn't representing him well enough. I hope he goes pro se and builds a box fort and axes for grounz fo da sustain, but I don't think he's quite that stupid when his lawyer has ordered him to dry out for 12 hours.

I have little "hard numerical data" to support this, but I think White's hourly rate would normally be less than Randazza's. I think they are two very different attorneys in terms of quality and the fees they could command.
