I feel like I haven't seen this posted in the thread yet, Dick Masterson had a Rekieta segment during his show this week where he presents his version of what happened (neither Rekieta's story nor the truth). Sean the Audio Engineer was given a very brief synopsis from their listeners in Discord pre-show, and is a bit surprised to hear Dick refute everything, though for context Sean doesn't really believe much of anything of what Dick says on the show nowadays.

I think the full segment is worth watching, but I included two clips in particular where Dick provides "context" surrounding Rekieta's custody stipulations as well.

One thing I'd love is if a lawyer Kiwi would go back over some of Nick's lawyer's previous filings just to see if they're as bad as this latest one. If they're not, then it'd be one more data point to indicate that maybe, JUST MAYBE, the actual practicing lawyer in this situation didn't actually write (either partially or fully) the filing... (either that or the lawyer just threw it together haphazardly in order to shut Nick up...)

Would love to compare. Although I’m not sure how expensive they would be to pull. In federal court, non-party filings are prohibitively expensive to pull from Westlaw.

The omnibus hearing was continued because Rekieta's team brought up evidentiary issues. The state's response and Rekieta's reply will be due by the 6th at the latest. They are expected to address the following issues:

• The issue of Cog's archive on BackwardsInternet being "digitally altered".
• The issue of Aaron Imholte's statements being represented as that of a "concerned citizen" and not Rekieta's "blood enemy" (Ralph's language).
• The issue of the Pastor's CPS report being used as a basis for probable cause when CPS chose not to investigate those claims.

There should be an evidentiary hearing in the future and then another Omnibussin' event. Kayla's will be on Oct 28. It is possible they will have their Omnibus hearing scheduled together but it depends on how frisky the Judge is feeling. These court dates are apparently set in cycles.

Additionally, Ralph was pressed by a random Aaron STMS fan and a black guy, shocking users with news we have more than zero black people on the forum.
