Whether Nick put him up to it or not there's a good chance Ralph committed a felony in Minnesota by doing that. MN recently revised their doxing/harrasment/stalking laws.

It does look very bad for Nick to be seen partying with him immediately after the hearing and right before doxing Aaron.
It's kind of up to Aaron, as someone I assume either is or will be on the witness list, to contact the prosecutor if he thinks that would result in something.

IANAL but Rekieta ( via 'buying' Ralph as a confederate, as some have alleged here) or just Ralph may have opened him up to third degree witness tampering:

Minnesota Statue on witness tampering & relevant bit:
"Whoever does any of the following is guilty of tampering with a witness...Subd. 2a.Tampering with a witness in the third degree...(2) by means of intimidation, intentionally influences or attempts to influence a person who is or may become a witness to testify falsely at any trial, proceeding, or inquiry authorized by law."
Minnesota Statue on Harassment, stalking (which I'm conjecturing would fall under "intimidation"):
"A person commits harassment under this section if the person:...
(2) follows, monitors, or pursues another, whether in person or through any available technological or other means;
(3) returns to the property of another if the actor is without claim of right to the property or consent of one with authority to consent;...
(8) uses another's personal information, without consent, to invite, encourage, or solicit a third party to engage in a sexual act with the person."

With regard to the felony, I think you're misremembering that MN did amend their harassment statue to make doxing of LEOs & judicial personnel a felony. If it's argued that "witness tampering" constitutes "intent to influence...a judicial proceeding" that may make it a felony? I dunno.
"Subd. 3. Aggravated violations.(a) A person who commits any of the following acts is guilty of a felony...
commits any offense described in subdivision 2 with intent to influence or otherwise tamper with a juror or a judicial proceeding..."

Anything moving for this I suppose will be determined by how much the prosecution want to fuck with Nick and Nick's conduct isn't helping him in that department. There's certainly kindling here.

They ultimately won on the confrontation issue, which is a lot more limited of a win than "completely excluded."
No, he actually lost.

April is a witness in his case. She was only ever a witness. She still is a witness.

She spilled stuff on body-cam. What Nick wanted was the court to rule that it was a Miranda violation and what they learned from the body-cam can't be used at trial in a "fruit from the poison tree."

What they garnered from the body cam is that April is a witness. They learned April witnessed stuff. The court didn't DQ her as a witness as knowledge "from the poisonous tree" which is what Nick wanted.

If Nick "won" and his argument sound, the court would have ruled that April can't be called as a witness because they garnered that information from the body cam illegally post-Miranda. Court said para-phrased "Naah, she has to testify to what she witnessed as it relates to the crime but stuff the police learned from that video is fine. Perfectly fine to call her as a witness and follow any leads she may have provided." Incidently, whether that video can be used at April's trial is a completely separate issue. It would be super-justice if the court excludes every bit of it against April just to watch lolcow sperging.

No, he actually lost.
He won only in that his argument was accepted. The mechanics of how that argument applies to his case are a different matter.

I think the Barneswalker spent so much time on asserting April's 5th amendment rights because that's the only avenue he had to a real victory. The victory he got on confrontation was pyrrhic at best and meaningless at worst.

Not sure if this is in response to Ethan revealing the Qover may have violated their bond conditions (they later posted unconditional bonds iirc) or this:

Ethan doxed Aaron & Aaron's accusing Nick or April (the most likely to ask in my estimation) of directing him to do this. While the Qover may have provided the 'ammo' here, ie Aaron's address, I think Ethan was more motivated to 'get back' at Aaron for boxing fight drama last night.

If Nick had anything to do with this it's skirting the line of witness intimidation, or at least the prosecution / court would not be pleased with this at all.
Even when attempting doxxing, Ralphamale failed. Aaron's address was on the witness list, along with Racket's parents' beach house in St. Petersburg, Florida, valued at $2.5 million.

I have never understood this sentiment as it's very obvious Nick is in charge and in large part the reason these things have happened. Obviously nobody here is innocent, but it's just weird to say that everyone else should be viewed with equal disdain to Nick, who goes out of his way to be as unrepentant and belligerent as possible in addition to being the obvious ring-leader of the group. Just makes no sense.
hurr durr no one has any agency except nick fucking retard

Rate me MATI but I fucking hate Rekieta. He gets on his little streams and just lies and the viewers take it as gospel. I hope the court crucifies him. I want to see that drunk, druggie, child abuser to get the maximum sentence. The damage has already been done to his children, now they'll probably grow up with issues.
If it makes you feel better, his follower-base is mostly a-logs.
The only people who take him at his word entirely are Q-Boomers who just believe everything they read online anyway. Even people like Dick don't really believe Nick, they just have common enemies.

IANAL but Rekieta ( via 'buying' Ralph as a confederate, as some have alleged here) or just Ralph may have opened him up to third degree witness tampering:

While I agree that associating with Ethan Oliver Ralph in any way is a losing strategy, wouldn’t witness tampering require something like Rekieta saying, "It's better if Aaron doesn't testify (or else...)"?

I mean, Aaron could feel intimidated or threatened by Ralph, and Rekieta might be associated with Ralph to some extent, but I think it misses the key element of influencing Aaron to testify falsely to the tampering.

IANAL.

sector Dick was "the world's most amazing chad living in a barbie dream mansion" while everyone from LA saw him as we all see him in 2024, a pathetic joke. But dick's mind tricks worked because he was only going after the most retarded people possible who felt a need to believe him as a way to "own the libs" , even null had to admit everything jesse PS presented in Dick's thread was 100% true and he was a fool for being misled back in 2019.
I actually think dick is far far more intelligent than nick. He's actually very clever even if he does really retarded psychotic shit. Now he's retarded in a lot of ways that matter but he is able to outsmart a ton of people here me included for years to an insane degree.

I think his ability to deceive and phrase things well and think on his feet is everything nick imagines himself to be doing when he mumbles incoherently about vagina liquor and the myopia of poverty

Trusts are pretty opaque (on purpose). I suspect the "Robert Lord" is just a pseudonym for Balldo himself and he just used it to make it harder to dox his new address.
The house was bought well before Nick became well known. I agree that it was done for opacity but I doubt it had much to do with the potential for doxing. At one point Nick used to say on stream that they owned the property next door and would eventually move into it. Like many trusts, it's properly a way of keeping financial inter-relationships hidden from public view.

We never really looked into Nick much for a long time. We didn't even know his wife's name until our attitude towards him started to shift.

I mean I think it's a fruit of the poisonous tree argument, but it's not coherently made.
It's a confrontation clause argument that April's statements violated Miranda, if offered against Nick then he would have a right to confront April on the stand, but because of the Miranda violation April would not be able to be put on the stand by the state to introduce her statements.

It would make more sense if we knew what April actually said, but Nick's clearly running things to prevent as much disclosure of information to his detractors as possible. And the motion only obliquely raised the actual legal issue at hand (in like two short sentences at the very end of that section), meaning it basically asked the judge to fill in most of the information about that constitutional issue. Nick was more focused on using his allotted pages to make pointless arguments about the Second Amendment rather than explain any relevant legal issues.

Nick acting like this was a major win on his stream is hilarious because this narrow issue (I only say narrow because it was barely of note in his motion) clearly wasn't a focus in his motion, was extremely poorly drafted when briefly mentioned, and was the only win he got from the hearing. His motion couldn't adequately set forth why he even won on this argument, so it's funny to see him act like a big man.

Kurt from Uncivil Law was focused a lot more on everything prior to the last inadequate confrontation clause sentences in that section of Nick's motion, which is why Kurt went in so hard. Nick was trying to get evidence excluded on the basis of April's violated rights, which is retarded and probably particularly retarded to an appellate lawyer like Kurt. It was only the offhand mention of the separate confrontation clause issue that made that section meaningful, and it was so incoherent that nobody really took it seriously until the hearing.

Is that Rekieta again stating that the cops and government agents involved in his arrest are lying about things? This is really creating a lot of rumors and potential misinformation about police conduct that could only be resolved if Kandiyohi County released the bodycam footage. If only there were a Minnesota statute allowing that, then everything would be cleared up for us.

Men are better than women. Trannies are men. Ergo, trannies are better than women.
Thank you keffals.
Years of booze and drugs and eating like shit, that shit ages you very very fast.
Doesn't even take years.
Here's my questions to someone who has some better judgment about trust funds:
1. Would trust fund pay for all the court cases? Or some of them, like the CPS and criminal ones, not the Monty case? Or none?
2. Would the trust fund need to sell the second house instead of pulling money from stocks or some other investments? I've seen everyone here assumes it is to pay for the expenses but maybe it's just the family trying to smoke the side piece out and force Nick to pull up?
The trust doesn't own the second house.

What the trust can pay depends on its terms but the trustee usually has some discretion as well and it's possible Celeste is the trustee if she set it up, which seems likely.
The funds can have pretty much any terms Grandpappy Rackets wanted when he made the money and the assets that it contains, so it is very hard to say. I am pretty sure it has been mentioned that the trust was formed in Texas and that Ty is the executor of it in the past, but I don't remember much more than that. It may allow for access to extra funds for medical emergencies, legal representation, etc. but that's all private info that just the family and their representation would have access to.
I don't think either property is held in connection to the trust. My understanding was that Rackets' parents either bought or co-signed the Prancing Pony when Nick was still a bank teller and that Nick and Kayla bought the big house in their own name with his griftbux. With Nick insolvent the parents may want to get out from under the house that they are tied to.
The house in which they currently live is owned by The Robert Lord Trust. The trusts created by Louis were created in the names of the family members they were for, and even the foundation trust was in the names of Louis and Peaches. While Ty was an original trustee, the terms also allowed for him to be removed by the beneficiaries.

I always presumed Ty remained a trustee because Nick seemed to go out of his way to be pally with him, to the extent of making extremely ill-advised referrals.

This trust was likely created by either Celeste or Nick after the deaths of Louis and Peaches.
hell I can say I spent time last night watching kino casino go "AWWWW BITCHMADE RALPH DIDN'T SHOW UP" and aaron just pacing around the gym instead of watching rekeita.

I can't hatewatch his livestreams I rather just see elissa's clips or clips in the thread.
Yeah, short clips are my limit.

Kids don't get neglected and exposed to drugs without BOTH parents failing. Kayla is like the failed mother who lets her partner abuse her kids or even actively facilitates the abuse.
