Maybe until the "Streisand effect" kicks in.Literally who?
Ecks-fuckin'-zactly. So like I said before, don't dick crazy - even if it has the chance of literally fucking the stupidity out of her brains as the risk of her legitimately ruining your life isn't worth the risk.I wouldn't lick an ashtay, even if it was clean
Cause that's weird.
And here's a good example of not learning a single thing from what advice was given before, despite this dumb nigger above having an obviously fake account.Call me a gross, but all crazy bitches are FANTASTIC in bed.
What is the over/under of hitting it and living to survive to tell the tale?
We do have the dox, here:I probably shouldn't raise my head out of the A&H pit that I live in, but it's featured so I noticed it and...
I have no idea who this person is but do we have her dox on this site? Specifically what - home address? Phone number? Personal non-business email? I'm probably going against the grain here but why would we need or want that? It does open people to direct harassment and risk in a way that just laughing at their public videos and comments doesn't. Farms policy has always been look but don't touch. Don't normally need to share dox information for that. Or am I missing part of the story here?
No, there's no real reason to have it beyond it simply being information and that we like archiving information. It could allow a bad actor to do something bad, but the farms has rules against its users doing so and will punish and ridicule anyone who boasts about it. If a malicious third party does anything, that's not our problem.

These laws are going to need that second element of intent to survive any scrutiny from the courts. If they don't require someone knowingly or purposefully publishing the information to result in harassment or physical harm, then the law risks punishing activity that is protected under the First Amendment.Your posts contain alot of assertions but you don't quote the relevant statute
The law in Alabama has a second element of harassment to become a crime. Mere information (in many cases, needed to verify identities, something reporters commonly do) is not a crime in of itself.
Okay, so some dubious logic there: For one, nobody needs to be a member of the site to see that. You just posted her home address in giant text on a publicly visible thread, so you can argue other justifications but the argument about why it wouldn't be misused is idiotic. Not to mention that even if someone is a member (which means... registering, a high bar) you're assuming that the disincentive of being "ridiculed" is sufficient to the sort of person would would go round her house and do something. Hell of a leap, there. No, there's no real reason to have it beyond it simply being information and that we like archiving information. It could allow a bad actor to do something bad, but the farms has rules against its users doing so and will punish and ridicule anyone who boasts about it.
Not legally, perhaps. But why facilitate it? Yes, I can already anticipate a reply of how someone could track a person down without the help of the Farms but people who do violent stalking, etc. are usually low-IQ people statistically. This DOES lower the barrier for harassing her and as you said yourself, there doesn't seem to actually be any reason to share it. It's not needed for the purposes of the site.If a malicious third party does anything, that's not our problem.
To me at least, the main purpose of the lolcow sections of the site are investigative journalism regarding retards on the internet, and lols. Finding and reporting on dox info is simply an aspect of the investigation. OPs are supposed to be funny and informative, and doxes are just extra relevent information about someone. It's not needed for the purposes of the site.
I hope that happens soon. Watching her get the ever living shit smacked out of her in 4K would be satisfying to say the least.Alyssa is going to have problems if she doesn't stop picking on people.
I agree with this and that's when the use of the PRIVATE tags should come in so @gagabobo1997 you should edit your post.Okay, so some dubious logic there: For one, nobody needs to be a member of the site to see that. I recall null mentioning that private tags for doxes are only for the first page. It's to stop web scraping bots from putting the info in search results. If a janny tells me to I will, but afaik there's no need to private doxes other than on page 1.I agree with this and that's when the use of the PRIVATE tags should come in so @gagabobo1997 you should edit your post.
well ok his site his rules.I recall null mentioning that private tags for doxes are only for the first page. It's to stop web scraping bots from putting the info in search results. If a janny tells me to I will, but afaik there's no need to private doxes other than on page 1.
EDIT: Null on Private tag usage.
Fucking PT Cruiser drop top is on brand af.
Oh it's not surprising at all. She's got the vibes of the perpetually scorned "pick me" girl, who never got over not being the popular girl in school. And a PT Loser convertible is practically the status symbol vehicle that every high-school varsity cheerleader would’ve had at the time she was growing up. It makes perfect sense that she's living the life that she wanted growing up, now, vicariously through her actions towards others (bullying those CHUDS who bullied her) and her posessions.Of course this bitch drives a Pt Cruiser
It kind of makes me wonder... Through my travels, I've seen various anecdotal humerous C&D "clapbacks" make their way through different office email chains, much like the old "What if Microsoft Made A Car?" IT email chains used to in the 90s. Wonder if the finer points of this one, such as "Not yet in out crosshairs" will make it into a future list?I agree as to GENERAL usage, but legal language is supposed to be formal. Every style guide somewhere I've been paid to write formally absolutely prohibited them.
Writing like a tween cartoon character from some Nickelodeon animated series is abjectly awful. It's an affront to the profession.
This lawyer is a fake idiot.
It's even more insidious now. I heard a couple of radio advertisements that were subtly pushing "Pride season" this year. Granted, it wasn't many, but that's how these things always start. Remember, the faggots started out with a few small marches, then parades, and then their week of "remembrance" and now it's a whole month, their own flag, special laws, plus other Days Of FaggotryWhat planet does this dipshit live on? It couldn't possibly be a better time to be a leftie. You have all the calendar months for every color of the rainbow (I'm pretty sure there's more than one black history month at this point but I gave up keeping track), every big corp pays you lipservice daily, schools do what you want, and with nothing but suspicion of 'mean opinions' you can have people fired, excommunicated, and put on the street before the end of the day. It couldn't possibly be a better time to be a Chris Tyson where all you have to do is put up a fag flag and get away with whatever the fuck it is you want to do. I live in a traditionally red state and have never once in my entire life seen a gay or foreigner getting beaten up in the street.
You know, it's been 8 years now since Hulkamania ran wild all over Gawker media and destroyed that bughive of SJW and DEI faggotry. But it does make me wonder if we're worse off now, since they all ended up scattering like cockroaches and infesting other publications with their dumbass ideologies? I know that Gawker/GO was hacked up and divided piecemeal between various media companies, and we're still dealing with these cretins today. Maybe Gawker was a containment unit forbtheir batshit insanity? I can't help but wonder how much better the world would have been if the Hulkster himself had, immediately upon winning his lawsuit, took posession of all Gawker properties, locked the doors of the Gawker head office and set fire to it, with all of their staff, servers, and IP inside....They're a product of Gawker and its successor, G/O Media. Same curators of illustrious jizzrags like Jezebel, Gizmodo, The Root, The A/V Club, and Deadspin.
Agree, Alyssa Mercante is just fucking gross. While everyone has their own taste, just her personality alone should be enough to turn off anyone even remotely familiar with who she is. She's a bitter, hateful, and vindictive cunt who is only looking out for herself. She's a rapidly aging, childless woman who has a hate-boner for white men, but hate fucks them anyway, and hates herself for it. She knows that she's fading to irrelevance so she's trying to make Gamergate 2.5-ish a thing, to grift some sympathy sheckels and temporarily stave off the inevitable decline into obscurity. She is nothing more than an even more laughably pathetic rip-off of cry-bully Taylor Lorenz. And just like her, she'll end up being bitter and alone, with nothing but her Twitter account and e-simps supporting her.People like you are why the cycle continues.
At the core of every infestation of identity politicians is one thirsty fuck who gave in too much.
I feel like websites like Kiwi Farms are now on borrowed time.
While I don't think this lawsuit will go anywhere (I'd be surprised if it does), that doesn't mean Null won't be out of the woods because Florida law can still royally screw him over considering that a large chunk of what is posted here on Kiwi Farms are doxes and someone featured here on the farms can bring him to civil court over damages to really bring him down permanently
Literally shut the fuck up and quit doomposting you dumb newfaggot.Doxing was a niche thing trolls did in the old days for laughs (and they do now) but these days in my observation doxing has become a tool for crime largely thanks to the Zoomer generation that think being a minor will get them a slap on the wrist in court (swatting, sim swapping, and other nonsense of the like that can land someone in prison).
She 100% looks like the type to accuse you of rape/abuse just to drag your name through the mud over a break up/a fling that doesn't result in a relationship.Fake name, fake ID, never at places you know. It's fun, and even if they're not the kill you type crazy, they'll try to ruin your life other ways. Like I said earlier in the thread and this cuts both ways; live by the sword, die by the sword.
She wants mma she will have it.I hope that happens soon. Watching her get the ever living shit smacked out of her in 4K would be satisfying to say the least.
I agree in principle. When I wrote Taylor Lorenz's OP, I intentionally omitted her dox. As much as she pisses me off, I don't want weens fucking with her, or Null or myself getting into trouble because of it.on the subject of the Dox argument, I feel it's more of a headache for the site these days then it's worth. What really matters is all the dirty laundry of someone getting aired. But that is 100% free speech. So the angry cows attack their threads existence on the DOXXING issue. Which is more of a legal Grey area and something the normies don't like.
I can see why in principle we would want to preserve doxxing as a concept, but is that really a hill worth dying on? As the heat continues to rise the forum is going to have to be more judicious about the battles it chooses. Doxxing is one of those hills that may be worth conceding.
