I watch my nieces and nephews every so often and having them eat a protein that is not fried, with tomato sauce, or smothered in a sugary sauce is a hurdle. You typically have to play a pantomime or be the bad guy to get them to eat it. I’ve played the bad guy so much that I probably will not be the cool uncle. If he'd been on probation he would likely have been facing charges for breaching that at his last appearance, and not just breaching the restraining order. The restraining order is specific to his first ex-wife. It may (and probably does) also cover the children and her family, but I'm not seeing how its terms can possibly be construed to include Kayla.

Then I'd say no. If April never got an RO against him (didn't he headbutt her or something?) then he can't have violated that, or probation that didn't even exist at the time.
