Cobra is a good guy at heart, no matter his flaws or how fucked up he is, there's still that inner core of decency you know is there.

Most people don't realize that at the very minimum cobes has a genuine 40k+ fans, yes alot of new people are alogs and trolls but the average person who isn't a complete sociopath might be a little disgusted by the boglim but they mostly will pity him, and he always has that weird allure him and everything he does is basically revolting but it's also fun to watch and he can be unironically entertaining like him doing impersonations with shon.
