He did an entire stream co-signing and promoting Barnes’s take as the “best defense strategy” early on and even flat out said that Josh and everyone on Kiwifarms had to prove why the warrant didn’t violate the constitution only to be BTFO’D by Nate at the end of the stream, and then he completely flipped once more evidence came out and tried to claim he “always waits for the evidence and only argues the facts.”

The answer to the question is invariably no, his 8 year old child tested positive for cocaine, and he is still trying to wriggle out of responsibility. He chose cocaine and swinging over his kids, they are merely an obstacle to the next high now. They were left to go unfed and unwashed while he partook in a hedonistic lifestyle of dangerous drugs and extra-martial sex.

The question I want to know is "Did he ever care?", I'd like to think yes. In the past he was very careful about never showing his kids on camera, and presented himself as never letting anyone but family take care of them. Him homeschooling them and taking them to activities constantly, if he really was doing that, is indicative of some kind of parental care.

Per my earlier question about a possible change to Aaron’s charges, credit to @Dixieland Buckaroo :

The state filed an Amended Criminal Complaint on Friday (attached) in Aaron's revenge porn charges. The major change I noticed was the removal of a paragraph from the probable cause (original):

This paragraph's removal takes out the only mention of harassment in the Statement of Probable Cause. The Count I revenge pron is still there, with the harass line. Now, I thought that harassment was weak, and that paragraph in particular odd with the inclusion of April and Nick with it.

Later on, the warrant was changed to a summons, I assume this was a function of Aaron already having turned himself in, but some of you lawyers would know better. Maybe dummy did a stupid.

@Dixieland Buckaroo posted just recently that they filed an amended complaint that deletes some stuff concerning harassment. They might be moving to drop the felony charge, and keep the misdemeanor, but that's unconfirmed as of now.
