Can someone explain the "Stand back and stand by" thing to me? It's from a 2020 debate and TDS retards are trying to claim it's a reason why whenever Trump complains about anything it's a dogwhistle to burn shit down.

It was from one of the 2020 debates, if I remember correctly. Trump was asked about the Proud Boys and asked to disavow them, or tell them to stop being violent. Trump, in his usually rambling fashion said "Stand back and stand by". From the clip I remember watching, it struck me as him attempting to tell them to stand down, while forgetting that exact phrase. But of course, the journalists took that clip and screamed "See?! See?! He does control the Proud Boys as his racist white supremacist militia! He just told them to be ready for action!"

I meal prep with whole chickens every week and around Thanksgiving I use whole turkeys, lol. The feet of the animal on the grill looks like it has the same type of claw a chicken has. I part out whole chickens myself and roast a whole chicken on the regular. It's a much better deal per pound of meat, and the extra left over bones are excellent for homemade chicken stock. Homemade stocks are like a secret weapon in the kitchen that Jack Scalfani could never hope to comprehend.

I wish I could simultaneously rate your post both informative and dumb. Informative, because your linked photos clearly show what a cleaned chicken looks like, which would be useful information any kiwi wanting to get better evidence for/against that being a cat on the grill (and also useful for any kiwi interested in cooking), and dumb because your pictures make it clear that it is not a chicken on that grill: the shape and proportions are wrong, and the claws are not long enough to be chicken claws.

I don't buy the heads on, but it's a way better deal. Plus the meat comes out way less dry when you break it down yourself. I suspect that the meat dries out faster when it sits around already cut up. The extra bits (feet, neck, wing tips, back, etc) I use for stock. Chicken stock kicks ass

You can probably find a good deal at a local ethnic food store in your area at times. Grocerie stores, too, of course (these will not have feet and sometimes the neck is gone).

Chickens also are good at pest control. Let them roam your vegetable garden during the day, and they'll keep bugs in check. Pests like tomato worms or Japanese beetles are a tasty treat for them.
