Listening to him talk now is really weird. He just kind of rambles and doesn't really say much.
Now?
Rekieta has emphasized over and over that he isn't paying for his drug tests
Even if the state wasn't paying for it (which idk mn law), Mommy and Daddy would.

His drug testing is for the family court not the criminal. He’s says it here that the state pays when its family court. He doesn’t (yet) have testing done in his criminal case because he paid the unconditional bond.

Ahh, but he also hints at the real reason: Family court restrictions will end. He's already looking forward to drinking. That wouldn't be an option for the criminal restrictions.

Nick copesplaining rehab and how he was the only non-addict there and they totally told him he doesn't have substance abuse issues and he's totally fine and not like those meth addicts blahblahblah was so embarrassing. He really made it obvious he is still a junkie who thinks he is deceiving everyone around him. He seemed drunk in that clip too.
I'm sure he was the 10th addict that day they heard the "I'm not an addict, I'm just here cause the gubment told me to!" spiel. Yeah yeah whatever junkie. Just complete the rehab course and fuck off back to the gutter.

"wetbrain" is caused by a deficiency in vitamin B1 (thiamine), not vitamin B12 (cobalamin).
Yeah but why not both? just check this hairline.

Hit me with the neg-ratings but I know Nick can continue drinking and doing lines, and be just fine.

There are plenty of functional alcoholics that can maintain a quality life into their later years. I have two uncles who are. One retired as a regional manager of a very large shipping company, the other is a contractor. Both have respectable homes and families.

As for Cocaine?

Cocaine fueled the 80s and 90s. The largest economic growth in US history. Do you really think all those Wallstreet guys are living in the gutter?

Carry on Nick, If doing these substances makes you more entertaining then carry on. You're an entertainer first and foremost.

Yeah. we witnessed how functionally he lived under heavy use...

"For example, an individual with mild alcohol abuse that wants to learn evidenced-based approaches to alcohol moderation, is referred into an abstinence-based rehab program."

alcohol is not done with this man.

This is just cope for addicts who know they have a problem and don’t want to accept responsibility for the shit they’ve done.

While it's probably just a typo, I feel it's important to note that Aydin's post includes dangerously incorrect medical information. Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome i.e. "wetbrain" is caused by a deficiency in vitamin B1 (thiamine), not vitamin B12 (cobalamin). Alcohol very, very materially interferes with the physical absorption of thiamine so you can't just chase your handle of vodka with a few B1 supplements and call it a done deal, either - moderation is required. The condition isn't fully curable so it's important to prevent the damage from happening in the first place.
He already exhibits some signs of the syndrome, although positive diagnosis is kinda hard without a brain scan. I'm also not a practicing doctor, just a shitposter.

Ophthalmoplegia - Corner demons

Ataxia - See standing streams
Confabulation - "I said Montygraph 'probably liked sucking little boy cock'"
Memory deficits - Lmao that's a list for the ages

Wow, jeez. A piss test every single day. That's really believable. I hope Rackets doesn't post some kind of receipt or evidance of him taking these tests for a whole week, that would be really funny. And weird.

This is Nick's word...

He just finds it all so fascinating.

He just wants to hear their stories, then they go home ALONE....!

When I was working for the foster care system in my state, the most I saw someone tested was 3x a week. This is in a red state, where drug use is highly frowned upon. For a blue state to be stricter on that than a red, I find that hard to believe.

That said. Maybe there is a stipulation that he has to pass a piss test to see the kids? That doesn't seem too far fetched to me. Plus, do we know the living arrangements for the kids as a fact? Like, if he can only see them for a day, or certain kids on certain days, and then has to return them to Grandma and Grandpa Rackets, I could see him going in every day to test so that he can pretend he is a good dad who wants to see his kids. Just speculating here.
State isn’t going to allow that when they are the ones paying $75 per test though.
Maybe I am dumb, but where did he say the state is paying for it. From what I see looking at Minnesota law, he's gotta pay for it.
Rekieta has emphasized over and over that he isn't paying for his drug tests because they are part of the CHIPS case rather than the criminal one.

Yes, he said that his CHIP test were over 5k USD in value, but the state paid it, so it was smart to take the criminal bond--insinuating that he would have been tested at the same supppsed cadence.

functional
If only
Yeah. we witnessed how functionally he lived under heavy use...
He’s the furthest thing from functional, as evidenced by his legal troubles stemming from his severe case of use, esp during streams. The only legal case Nick is currently involved in that isn’t a direct result of being blasted on stream, is the case that Nick (via proxy Qover Gorls) brought against AmHolte. Even the alleged revenge porn case could be argued was brought about by Nicks continued devolution thanks to coke & alcohol. And cuckoldry. Especially cuckoldry.
He just wants to hear their stories, then they go home ALONE....!
Cuckoldry.
:fapcup::really::feels: CUCKOLDRY

Yeah, not really buying his “logic” on that.

"I just try every day to not eat a bullet" that's an interesting thing for him to say after the dear John stream

Sure is, especially for a man not allowed firearms.

Nicholas Rekieta, captain lolbertarian, is such a fuckup that he can't even legally own a firearm no matter where he goes in the country.

He failed the single most basic principle of lolbertarianism. And even before he had that right taken away from him because he is such a complete failure, he said himself that he didn't have one, which is why he had to murder the critters in his garage in such a needlessly cruel way.

What a poser loser!

Quite the argument for getting his guns back. Saying on stream he tries not to eat a bullet.

Not that I believe him. He is still on the everyone else is wrong train.

He sounds like he got a bunch of meth connections in ‘recovery’.
Everyone makes new drug connections in detox/rehab programmes.
They really need to show up at 6AM and get him to do a piss test.
Several people I know have been on random alcohol testing. The minute the person conducting the test leaves their home, they start drinking knowing that non-one's going to come back and test them again in a few hours.
though bot nick and lowtax have rich parents....hmm I would say nick s family is richer
The Lowtax family was upper middle class rather than "rich". His mum didn't become a lawyer until later in life and he was still concerned about whether she would be able to afford immunotherapy for her leukaemia (iirc, the figure he quoted was $25,000 per month).
Personally I’m 50/50 on whether Nick is still using. His sperging on Twitter and drunk spelling certainly implies it.

OTOH, he’s constantly seething and seems depressed from the lack of drink, and seems to be in that kind of mood that anyone who’s ever dealt with a bitter, dry drunk can recognize.
He's definitely seemed drunk at times throughout all of this (not just visually but also his impaired typing) and his drug testing patch doesn't detect alcohol.

I think he's depressed to be under any constraints at all and especially about the end of those constraints not being in sight. He's also fallen from a significant height. He's racked up a ton of debt and is earning pennies from streaming compared to his halcyon days.

While mummy and daddy may rescue him financially, it was clear when serious money started rolling in from streaming that he was relieved to have a high income which didn't depend on them.
I maintain that Nick only drank as heavily as he did to take the edge off the cocaine, and he's realized doing increasing amounts of both at once destroyed his composure. I suspect he's simply careful about alternating between substances or sticking to one exclusively. Given alcohol is ultimatly harder to hide, his cocaine addiction started first and is the more powerful of the two, my money's on that. As for the seething, well, it's obvious that this is who he normally is.
Nick used to stream totally shit-faced more and more often as far back as weeb wars. It's one of the reasons I stopped watching him.

Coke and other stimulants definitely increase your capacity to drink heroic amounts without feeling significantly affected by alcohol, but Nick had a serious alcohol problem prior to coke. I think he definitely has a love affair with both drugs now (and maybe more drugs than just those two), but I'm not certain that he's using one to mitigate the effects of the other.

Look at how red that shnoz is. I thought it was just a trick of the light but you can see no matter what way he turns it's extremely red.

This is very regional. The northeast has very expensive (and very good) private schools, the top end of which can approach the same level of tuition as private universities. California has copycats of those schools which are trying to raise their prices but still have to be cheaper. Outside of those two areas, private schools are less good (still better on average than public schools) but reasonably affordable.

It appears that $9k/year is actually a touch above average for Minnesota: https://educationdata.org/average-cost-of-private-school
I meant inexpensive ones. Where I live has some excellent private schools...and they will be up to $35-45k/year (depending on school/year). I wouldn't put my kids in Nick's coop if they paid me.

I am like 400 pages behind because full time job and husband but it's interdasting that Nick Avo is 0% and I really wish he would die of natural causes whereas Nick R is still interdasting and I dgaf what he's doing as long as there's content.

I'm sorry Rekeita kids. At some point you've got to acknowledge your parent(s) are shit .

Suicidal humour is what he thinks contrition looks like because, yet again, being a serious adult person proves beyond his comprehension. "Oh golly gee, I just feel so bad that I want to KILL MYSELF!" Sure thing Nick. I'm sure you don't ride manic feelings of grandeur everyday as you fantasise about those magical words that are going to get you out of this situation. Or you aren't filled with glee at not having to care for your kids full time. You must feel awful pal and we all feel so sorry for you.
