I wonder if the same sort of deep motive for humiliation that leads to the cuckening of Nickself as he watches a bull take his bride is at work when he reads the rough comments here. In other words, if Nick's dick works best when he's being humiliated, imagine the level of cooming available to him by reading this epic thread. Everyone looking at him, ashamed of him, ridiculing him, talking about his wife and his whore like the trash he's made them to be. For someone into humiliation, this thread might be orgasmic nirvana.

Edit: [DELETED]

Here, though, it's all about the kids. The only reason the state even cares about adults doing drugs in their own home is the presence of children. They aren't looking for a conviction as much as getting Nick and Kayla to care for their kids and protecting them against danger. Nick and Kayla keep fighting that.
This also isn't the case where some useless, utterly broke trailer trash, whose kids would be sucking up welfare dollars anyway, end up in jail and the county picks up the tab. This is two ostensibly wealthy parents whose course of fucking up is costing the state enormous amounts of money completely unnecessarily because these two fuckups have deliberately chosen to abandon their obligations.

They want these clowns to get their shit together and at least get back to being shitty parents.

I think they're assuming a sane defense strategy that doesn't involve Nick or Kayla taking the stand and making wild allegations that the drugs belonged solely to April or Aaron or someone else. If they do that, as dumb as it would be, and the state leaves that unrebutted, it opens the door to a closing argument that is basically the only people who know for sure whose drugs those were were Nick, Kayla, April, and maybe Aaron. The only two who testified were Nick and Kayla. The state could have called both of the others. They didn't. Why not?

I think this would be idiotic but Nick is an idiot.
Depending on the level of desperation and vindictive cuck rage Nick might just try to claim it was all Aaron's drugs.
Not stacking the deck with ALL evidence and listing April as a witness would be folly.

I agree 100% that you need to bring all you have, even if it is only as a rebuttal witness to testify that Nick and Kayla have a drug problem, neglected their kids, had sexual relations outside their marriage and were going through 20000$ of cocaine per months.

Nick and Kayla really have to plea out and take the L here, going to trial would get so much worse for them.

"Hey guys, new stream tonight, I got big personal news. We're all taking the pleas, because it's the smart thing to do and more importantly: it's the only thing I ever said I was going to do. This is why I never talked about my case, to anyone, anywhere, ever, because this was the master stroke I was planning all along. I want to tell you all about it, and show you the video, but I can't, it's part of the plea deal, but hey that's what the state does."

I didn't see this MATI clip until just now, Josh makes some pretty interesting points here about the possibility of the video being evidence in April's case. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=phaVfmECKRQ

Oh nice, I missed MATI today, that is some great info.
Yeah, its not in evidence yet, they are just saying "we have this, watch it and enjoy"

I hope they use it in the trial, then its a matter of public interest.

No proof of life guys I think he's dead.
When the 72hours involuntary psychiatric hold becomes 1440 hours finding a cellphone to seethe on xitter can be a challenge, at most you will get to use your daddy's phone during visitation and only if you hide like a bitch from the staff.

Edit: now that I seen he's finally xeeted I have to ask, wasn't it exactly 3 days since the Denyocaust to coming back to xeeting? I dropped the psych hold bit as a joke but it might have happened.

It's about Aaron's omnibus hearing. Remember, he thought Aaron was going to plea guilty to the felony. After the omnibus happened, Nick expressed surprise that it didn't go down like that and Aaron instead now has a settlement conference later in the year. Nick canceled his stream that night after Aaron didn't cop to the felony.
If I'm not mistaken, Aaron plead not guilty in his hearing.
Depending on the level of desperation and vindictive cuck rage Nick might just try to claim it was all Aaron's drugs.
I would like to see how he explains the cocaine found in his safe in the master bedroom of his house was actually the property of someone who had stopped associating with him and hadn't been to his house for 6 weeks.

Let's say it was Aaron's (it wasn't): you kept cocaine from someone who hadn't been around you for over a month? It's sentimental cocaine? That doesn't help you at all. That makes it fucking worse if you had over 40 days to get rid of it and didn't. He should start hitting himself in the face with a straight razor.

Well he could argue that he's a non-practicing lawyer, a non-practicing father, a non-practicing streamer, and a non-practicing gun owner. There is a pattern of behavior that would suggest that he is a non-practicing safe owner as well.

How much notice in advance will the prosecution get that Nick and/or Kayla are testifying? Nicky won't let Kayla or April testify. He doesn't think they are smart enough to answer properly. Nick is the only polyqule member smart enough to stream, talk to media/police or testify.

Exactly what I’ve been thinking for a while. It reeks of it being the only play he’s seen work in the past (because he’s only practiced law for like twenty minutes). It’s the saying about the man with an only hammer seeing everything as a nail.
Possibly but it was really the only play, as badly as it was executed. There's clearly nothing wrong with the warrant itself, and the Franks challenge is the only way you even get to introduce extraneous evidence. Otherwise you're limited to challenging the document itself, i.e. "Your Honor, the sole basis for this search warrant is a single phone call from a schizophrenic in a mental institution who claimed to be Napoloeon and said I was harboring illegal grey aliens from Zeta Reticuli in my home."

They're going to have to provide a witness list. They can't just spring a surprise witness on the other side.

Like that’ll stop our LAWPOPE king from grabbing a glass of whiskey and cruising in his cool mustang showing off its raw power to the Minnesotan PRUDES who can’t let a man enjoy the need for speed.
Winter is almost here he should buy a motorbike, everyone will think he is so cool.

COPE AND SEETHE, CRACKETS!
COPE, SEETHE AND QENIED.

So does anyone have an image of Rekieta sitting on a Kiwi Farms Law couch...
It's not exactly what you asked for, posted by @3MMA:
Kiwi Law Couch.png
Notice that he is sat on the floor no Kiwi Law Couch for Rekieta.

BTW don't expect Nick to stream for at least a week - he probably started hitting himself in the face when he saw his Franks hearing was denied and the bruises are too big to hide with makeup.
While this is probably true, I'm still clinging to my theory that he got grounded by his parents because it's funnier.

Aaron even dosed the kid to frame them.
He must have put it in the kid's spaghetti-o's! The fiend!
