There are 3 different kinds of text filter on 4chan, from various eras of development
The one that the "tranny / nigger" filter is on - the one which pretends your post went through, but doesn't actually send it serverside - has bizarre things on it.
I remember a couple years ago I tried to post a study about SSRIs on /sci/ and it was on that filter. Not even the domain (which was just some scientific literature website) but that particular study.
So I went to some other science aggregators and tried to post those links instead. They had also been filtered (???) and any other link on the domain worked.

I wrote in the feedback form about this and checked a few weeks later and the links were unblocked. I can only imagine that some super-mod got into a fight on 4chan about antidepressants, someone quoted literature at him, and he tediously blocked every instance of the paper on 4chan.

This makes me think that a moderator saw a nigger copypasta, had a meltdown and decided to add a nigger limit to 4chan (because a full nigger block would cause Hiro to lose money, which he would not tolerate)

This could be Inspector Redwood, who is the only senior mod on 4chan who is a nigger. He is also an active user of the website and has been known to randomly ban people for disagreeing with him in threads, being racist, etc.

More moderation is not the answer to making any community better. Just go use ResetEra or Reddit.
I have actually never seen moderation enhance an online community except super obvious cases like removing spam, CP, etc.

Care to explain why? Fanfiction is always fun, and a board to it would encourage the creativity the site needs. Low-effort romance/self-insert stuff would be confined to a general and straight-up smut would be banned; I want that board to be a fresco of creativity where the only limit is your imagination and entire epics are made -- sort of like Spacebattles but less autistic and banal. Bio-women-only boards are nonexistent on the internet, aside from a few obscure Discords and the Beauty Parlour on this site, so a large bio-women-only community would be a really good thing. /cgl/ needs to be bio-women-only too to protect the women who use the board from harassment. Finally, a good community for the paranormal cannot exist in modern internet culture; a board for philosophy and religion would be much more productive.

Yotsuba and such haven't been relevant for at least 15 years, and the best face of the website at this point would be Pepe because frogs are still relevant (yes, frogGODs and onions boyGODs can coexist). Tranime girls just attract coomers and 15-year-old edgelords, when in fact the site should be a place for people to discuss niche interests without worrying about elitist oldtroon culture, shadowbanning new accounts, or enforcing a consensus with internet points. I'm not a fan of NAS wojaks, so I probably wouldn't make wojak the mascot of the site, but since it's both a rage comic and a wojak, it could represent all the gemmy memes the 'cuck has presided over before it became an empire of dirt, which would be kinda nice.

There's an entire imageboard for frogs, so it's not an X immigrant thing. No normalGOD will use the site because the discussion will (hopefully) be too niche and autistic for them to meaningfully dig into; they'll be self-gatekept.

Every time someone tries to create their own new imageboard, the CIA uses their vile Talmudic magicks to immediately manifest dozens of pedophile glowies, who'll then spam CP on said imageboard. You can try and ban them, but they can just circumvent literally all of your bans and attempts to get them to fuck off (in the same way that Barneyfag was able to constantly circumvent 4cuck bans for years). So the owner inevitably gives up and closes the site.
