So I am not out of the loop (I don't think), but is the current prevailing thinking that someone (his lawyer or someone else) is stopping Nick from streaming? He has said that his children (at least 2 years ago) all wanted to be streamers or programmers, and how he encouraged them to set out on their own to do something together with music or self-taught because you don't *need* a degree in these times to be successful.

I know there are theories abound at what sent Nick over the deep end but I've been thinking about something and it kinda ties Nick's self destructive behavior together pretty well.

The poster (I think some people believe is Faran Balanced) put together his fall from grace tracking spreadsheet. I think they picked the "worst day ever" for a reason and I'll get back to that.

I think Nick's worst day ever was Kayla cheating on him (in some way if not by sex maybe flirting) and him finding out.

The psychological result of this:

• Kayla is willing to accept abuse and punishment.
• Nick feels trapped and resentful with the kids, hates god and his parents for controlling his life.
• Nick turns to drugs and drinking and is a total mess.
• For "revenge" and in lieu of breaking up, he forces Kayla into numerous disgusting sexual situations like hedonism and polycules.
• Kayla will accept anything, even another woman moving in with them.
• Nick cries on any female youtubers shoulders that is remotely f-able and tries to use their pity for sex, Anna TSWG, Nina Infinity, Melonie Mac you name it. They use him for clicks he uses them for tits. I think Anna served up April to him.
• My bet is prior to the polycule Nick used pity by crying to April how he was cheated on to forge the relationship and plan a swap.

Rehab has historically been an abbreviation for residential rehabilitation. I've never heard anybody refer to the kind of outpatient programme that Rekieta attended as rehab. Accidental misuse of the correct term or deliberate attempt to mislead? Rehab has generally referred to the most intensive form of drug/alcohol treatment -- long term, in-patient in which pretty well all aspects of your life are managed by the programme during the treatment process. The kind of out-patient programme Rekieta attended is really more akin to an educational programme. Perhaps there would have been some group work thrown in -- perhaps some kind of introduction to 12 step meetings, but engagement tends to be pretty voluntary. It's easy to just go through the motions.
