Former President Donald Trump is expected to record an interview with podcasting behemoth Joe Rogan on Friday.

The interview will take place at Rogan’s studio in Austin, Texas, according to a person familiar with the plans who was granted anonymity to discuss the matter.

Rogan, who has more than 14 million followers on Spotify, has long occupied the top positions in national podcast ratings, and Trump’s appearance on his show continues the campaign’s push to win young male voters. In recent weeks, Trump has appeared on such male-friendly podcasts as “This Week w/ Theo Vaughn” and “Full Send,” a show hosted by the pro-Trump Nelk Boys.

Trump has never appeared on Rogan’s podcast and the two have had a complicated relationship. In August, Trump called out Rogan after the podcaster claimed that politicians on both sides are manipulative except for Robert Kennedy Jr., who at the time was running for president.

"It will be interesting to see how loudly Joe Rogan gets BOOED the next time he enters the UFC Ring??? MAGA2024" Trump posted of Rogan, who is a UFC commentator.

Rogan himself has been critical of Trump in the past. In July 2022, he called the former president an “existential threat to democracy.” Yet Rogan has more recently been complimentary of Trump, saying last month that the economy under Trump “did really well and he really did try to cut some of the bullshit down that's going on in this country."

Trump and Rogan have also had friendly moments in recent months, such as when they have greeted each other at UFC events. The two also have mutual allies — a group that includes RFK, who endorsed Trump after dropping his presidential bid, and tech billionaire Elon Musk.

Vice President Kamala Harris has also reportedly been in talks to go on Rogan’s podcast. A Harris spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment on her plans.

"Behemoth", look at that charged language. The irony of all this neolib butthurt is that given Trump's dumb statements lately (eg: "a vote for Kamala is a vote for the destruction of israel") this could actually go bad if he commits too many gaffes.

Then again its all about impotent rage and whining with these dilettante fucks.
All memes and personal hopes aside, who actually do we think will win this election?

Trump is making a mistake here, Rogan is a libertarian faggot who will go full libtard if it's to virtue signal or make money. Rogan is fun to watch and says based shit sometimes, but at his core he's a bitch, certainly no patriot.

If Rogan wouldn't play softball with shitcunt then this would be legendary, she's too stupid hang out with Rogan for an hour.

I watched a bit of Trump on Flagrant and Theo Von and thought Trump came off well in both.

Rogan has always been weirdly sensitive about being called "right wing", I wonder if he will attempt to throw some curveballs at Trump. Could be interesting either way.

I think Trump will win. I'm not a big fan of his. I personally wouldn't mind if he had to resign due to being old and his VP pick took over. That's who I would really like to win.
Personally I don't like either. I wish the Republicans would put someone on the ballot who isn't fucking weird like vance or an old boomer like Trump. Hell I wish the Dems would platform someone who was into workers rights and not social justice.

This is an excellent move for Trump. When he's not at a rally podium or a biased debate he's very likeable and down to earth. When he's just being himself in a more casual setting he becomes very relatable and its easier for him to get his policies out to normal people in a way they can get behind. That's what he needs right now.

Kamala, on the other hand, is not likeable or relatable to anyone except bitter cat ladies and sluts who want to kill their unborn babies so their lifestyle doesn't get cramped. She especially does terrible when she has to speak off the cuff without rehearsed lines or a teleprompter in her face. The more people hear from her, the less they like and support her.

In other words, going on Rogan will be great for Trump because it's a setting he does very well in, and it will be a catastrophe for Harris.

I don't think Rogan has the balls to let Trump get too political, they'll probably just spend time talking about Trump's teetotaler stances and UFC and shit like that. The furthest Rogan may go is talking about the border, but he doesn't take firm stances himself and isn't having a counter voice on the show so I doubt he's going to let Trump turn it into a campaign podcast.

It'll still be entertaining though, both of them are seasoned entertainment personalities with a lot to talk about besides politics.
Imagine he saw how some of the podcasts have went with Trump just chatting about wrestling or his brother's addiction and figures they can avoid politics for the most part. But it'll come across as weirder on Rogan's podcast given how routinely they delve into politics with guests especially regarding Trump as the topic.

So I feel like Rogan is going to want to avoid politics, but that it'll come across as a lot weirder if he does (at least to his listeners).

Still, don't get smug yet. It ain't over till it's over.
Tbf there's nothing to even get smug about, he's as pro immigration as da libcucks. You're getting the same end result whoever you vote for. America will continue to turn into a brown shithole until a legit third option appears imhlo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Reactions: Male Idiot
My predictions for the podcast both parties will actually talk personal issues. Trump will probably be drinking a diet coke or soda and fast food while Joe's smoking a blunt.
Trump will be a teetotaler which will actually legitimately shock Joe. I expect them both to talk about issues, Trump will probably talk about the assassination, I will be honest you will probably have an interesting interview never the less.
Joe Rogan will not be hitting blunts in the presence of Secret Service given the federal legal status of weed is my guess.

Rogan is a bitch at his core, but this has already been tested with several of his orbiters and they haven't been cancelled. Joe is backed into a corner and there is nothing he can say to Trump that other more hostile journalists haven't tried to pull. The ability to pull up and validate Trump's statements on the fly, however, could be a huge boost for Trump's credibility. Joe Rogan is not a turbofaggot, he will argue his opinion but still listen to what Trump has to say.
