Tucker went hog wild. He said (paraphrasing)
“No fair system would put Liz Cheney in power, make Larry Fink rich, or nominate Kamala Harris for president”
He was animated and frisky, tapping into the usually off limits (for Republicans) rhetoric of class resentment. As he said in his speech, it's a realignment. I hope he makes people feel nervous.
This has been building since 2008, when Bush made plain to the world that some people get to be rich and never lose their money because there are special rules just for them. That has never been addressed by the party, who has kept nominating guys who helped build that system and demanding that we just swallow it.

I figure the Republicans can lock up the male 18 to 40 vote with a single poster plastered all over every single place of work/college campus/etc.
i honestly can't wait for the exit polls. i want to see if all the bullshit was true or not. If there was ever a time to leave the plantation now is it, whatever demos swing the hardest will be pandered to like a motherfucker and it might result in a blanket ban on presidents not white and male from the DNC. imagine 4 years from now they're forced to pick a triangulation candidate and boom, everyone agrees with 2016 trump's views.

Some are saying that the recent rally at Madison Square Garden and the comments made there prove that Trump and his supporters are racist.

You think that the Trump campaign just screwed themselves over with the statements they made?
Hopefully not, Tony Hinckcliff(however you spell it) isn't funny though. Haiti would be a much better subject for the joke.

Did my part this weekend to help Trump rightfully win PA, and hopefully give that fuck Bob Casey Jr. a long-overdue boot from his Senate seat.

You have until Tuesday, folks. Vote early, vote NOW, do your part to keep those shitheads in the DNC from stealing the election! 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

Also, when I look up "USA" in the Smilies tab I get 🌭. Did you do that on purpose Null?

Yeah yeah, everybody knows that TIL fact that Fraktur was verboten later in Nazi Germany - though arguably the reason was probably that Latin letters were most common and they wanted the people assimilated in the Reich to read and write German - but Nazis still love Fraktur.

Martin Bormann claimed it was Jewish in origin when he banned it.

Where are the star trek memes people?

I figured he probably had kids, I had no idea one had died.
Lincoln has no living direct Descendents anymore. His last son didn't have any kids. This was the same son who kept having presidents die or get attacked on him Everytime he visited a major event.
Could you imagine if he gets back in and signs some intergalactic peace treaty or some shit.
Hopefully without the end part lol

They hate southerners because southerners dared to stand up to them, and say no. Oh, they'll open their mouths about "muh slavery, muh niggers" but don't be under any illusions. The civil war was ultimately about the South not doing as they were told by their "betters." The confederacy could have freed every black slave on day one, and given them citizenship; and the north still would have invaded, because the north wanted the South to be its economic and political vassal. Yankees are still fucking salty reconstruction was ended.
I'm sympathetic to the south but they came across as pretty standoffish and full of jerkass energy before the war. The Brooks–Sumner Affair, where senator brooks beat the shit out of senator Sumner on the Senate floor and almost killed him, was a level of barbarity that really seems unwarranted unless I'm missing something. I could entirely be wrong but I believe the South had a very reckless and zeal filled attitude towards war before it began. I understand the economic issues they faced but violence didn't feel like the last option they had to take.

In many parts of the south the civil war is just referred to as "the war" it was the defining event for any one's family that is southern. the south did not recover economically until WW2.

The south and the north were and are completely different nations inside of one country. they were different and mostly opposed from day one. the north was settled by puritans. the south by aristocrats and loyalists. The north was for Cromwell, the south for Charles I. even today many sports teams, place names etc are "cavalier" or "The cavaliers" etc.
It is kinda wild how a lot of this shit seems rather recent and a product of flawed education. I mean right after the war, it was a common thing for soldiers on both sides to have runions and treat each other with respect. The Spanish American war 30 years later was fairly important in helping to solidify country unity again and actually had a couple ex Confederates in command of U.S forces

Joe Wheeler in particular was in command of the rough riders and all the Calvary (that ironically didn't have that many horses and had to fight on foot) that assaulted cuba. Hilariously there were reportedly several moments where he called the Spanish Yankees and lapsed into civil war jargon. ( "Let's go, boys! We've got the damn Yankees on the run again!") Dude still was sharp though, he lead through the end of the conflict and later fought at the Philippines.
On one hand, I believe God has protected Trump, his family and his running mate, (and his family) from harm. On the other, I refuse to believe a bunch of freaks who believe in witchcraft are anything other than unironic idiots. Who are getting scammed by con artists.
The devil is the greatest of con artists
The kind of spiritualism that they are invoking is real, it's just that those evil entities don't really care about what they're doing and just want to sow as much chaos and havoc as possible.
EXACTLY! You can't weaponize magic. Your playing Russian roulette with a gun that has a mind of its own.
I haven't said this in a while, but:
If magic is fucking real, people shouldn't yield it like they're in middle school and just found their dad's loaded pistol.
It's evil and it doesn't help people at all. Who ever got happy or lived a meaningful life with magic?

Trump speaking like he's in a JRPG.

So that bombshell Trump story they keep hyping up? Apparently it's morphed from "Trump groped a minor" to "Proof that the assassination attempt was a hoax". Which would be awkward since the FBI confirmed the attempt was real.

Obviously the "story" is complete fucking bunk but I think it's really fascinating how all these last minute revelations just keep changing. It's like someone's trying to gauge what would outrage people the most.
He's adapted!

Imagine, all they had to do after stealing 2020 was just to improve the lives of the average American in just one metric. Just one, single demonstrable improvement in the quality of life to run on. They couldn't even do that. Was just too great of an ask.
And they went after the bread and circuses! Games and movies are ideological shit now!
You know something funny? If they didn't want people to seriously point the flaws of their politics maybe they shouldn't have made every plot built off the back of sheer idiocy.
Anyone could beat the money out of this man in poker.

Breaking: The Trump campaign just released the footage of Tim Walz's 1995 DUI arrest!!

Your browser is not able to display this video.

He claimed to have played this game all the time, must have researched which games are most popular for the demographics they want to target because he was fucking terrible at the game and didn't know how the reverse and drive thing worked.

Holy shit, he did the thing!

I thought the magician dude from Big trouble in Little China died? Is he voting for harris now?

No, he's 95 and he's still alive and he still looks exactly the same!

More randomness:

Kamala's not a puppet. A puppet can be controlled and to be controlled they have to be on board with most everything, along with having a modicum of competency. Biden is the perfect puppet--very much aligned with everything the WH bureaucracy does, happy to be controlled by the establishment machine, only rocking the boat because of his penchant to mess things up/dementia yet still possessing some political savvy. Kamala refuses to go along, her ideology isn't all that aligned with the establishment, and when it comes to competency...enough said.

Been watching football all day--while the "oh noes, muh project 2025" ads are going strong, there's been a few Trump ads to counteract it. I made an honest attempt to look at both objectively, and while Trump's does engage in some hyperbole it isn't blatantly false like Kamala's is. I've been through a lot of election cycles and while there's always been bs flinging from both sides, I don't recall the doubling down on blatant lies that have been disproven over and over by several sources. But I'm expected to trust these people have my best interests in mind. Sure, Jan.

RFK saying that Trump has been working on his administration for three months is everything I'd hoped for. It shows that he can admit he was wrong, made mistakes, and has learned from them. I'm tempering my expectations--everything's such a mess it will take a long time to fix it and I may not agree with all the fixes--but at the very least, Trump et. al. are willing to be partisan and try.

Lastly--just some perspective, The Big House in Ann Arbor can hold 110-115k and is always full during football season. I'll admit 20k+ for a republican rally sans celebrities is impressive, though.

Kamala is definitely a puppet and doesn't really have any choice in the matter. Hopefully Trump will finally bring the Deep State down though.

It's weird to think election day is a week and a day away - one week form tomorrow. I've started paying more attention to it this fall (or starting around July) but I haven't really had the time or mental capacity to ponder about it too hard so far. It may not actually sink in until like next Sunday or Monday. What the fuck is going to happen guys?

This past weekend I attended a local festival and two event photographers took a picture of the group I was in. It was an older man and woman. The gray-haired woman had on a Kamala t-shirt. At first I thought they were going to try to proselytize to us and I was already preparing what my response would be.

Start with the last 1000 pages and work through the highlights. Or maybe the last 300 for more recent stuff.

It's a lot, dude.

That there in the MSG with Trump is a man named Terry Bollea who just happens to look like our favorite user. Don't be fooled!

Terry Bollea is the world's greatest Hulk Hogan impersonator. The resemblance, from his appearance to his voice to his mannerisms, is absolutely uncanny!

If they got Joe Biden on stage to endorse Trump, I'd absolutely lose my shit

"I'm here tonight to endorse my dear friend Donald J Trump against George Bush and the evil Republicans. Trump will finally end the Vietnam War!"

TMI, but I have a family member in the twin cities that has never voted in her life and she will be voting for Trump next week. We can thank RFK’s MAHA for that one. Something has definitely changed this election cycle, it’s anecdotal, but it’s undeniable.

As much is New York is out of reach, there is actually an outside chance that Minnesota flips. They imported almost as many muzzies as Michigan and if they don't show up for Dems or even have some vote for Trump, it will probably push the state over the tipping point. It probably doesn't matter either way for the electoral college vote, but it would be a nice kick in the balls to Walz to lose his home state.

She didn't stab him in the back. They tested the water with him but Shapiro's IDF service record was a non starter with the Irael war going on.

He's also better than her as a candidate in any way you look at it. If he's sounding incredibly polished up on stage while she's blundering her way through interviews everyone is going to start to wonder why she's on top of the ticket. Walz is as much of a bumbling buffoon as she is. Someone on her staff was smart enough to inform her that if she picked Shapiro everyone in Congress would vote to impeach her first chance they got.

walz.jpg

No one is going to replace her with this dopey fuck. Not even the Democrats want a President whose first act of office would be putting a tampon dispenser in the Lincoln bedroom.

That idea is what got people to initially vote in Obama and it's what got Trump in the first time.
