He was the first to livestream trials, but all he really did was discover there was an audience that really wanted that content. After the door was opened people found their lawyer to watch. Patting himself a little too hard on the back there, those people have six figure incomes because they constantly put out videos and livestream whole trials.
He was the first to livestream trials but the last to show up to work as time went on. Work ethic is something Nick never learned.

His brag-slash-grievance about people making six figures cause of him is odd. Doesn't the average lawyer make more than the average streamer? Is a six-figure job really that hard to come across if you're a practicing lawyer? I thought the money was what got a lot of people into law.
Most of the YT lawyers that were part of the Depp/Heard era with Nick work a legal job (law/consulting) and then stream on the side. Nick and Emily Baker seemed like the only two that had YT as their primary source of income/full time job until Nate and Uncivil Law went full time too. All make more than him because they actually work and pay editors to cut their content.

Which got me thinking, would love to see leaked DMs from Ryan the Editor. What happened to him?

Daddy, what do I get for defending you, a baby?

Am I understanding that April and Nick are together now and Kayla is out? Only two remain in the polycule (the Bi-cule now)? And that Nick possibly paid for a Jamaican whores abortion?
Stay out of his personal life, nerd.

I just don't know what he has in mind for an ideal future at this point. There doesn't seem to be a desirable path forward In like any part of his life.
I wonder if the Spicer Dairy Queen is hiring?

I genuinely don't know what rekeita thinks is gonna happen. Like he can't just go back to his old shtick and think that's gonna work. He can not put that genie back in the bottle. Like he can pretend that people caring about who he is and what he does is weird but his personality and his persona is his entire product online. He stopped trying to be an "expert" in anything years ago, now he's just a personality streamer like anyone else online.

Either he accepts that his hate fanbase is going to always be larger than his actual fanbase because it's more entertaining and naturally easy to dislike him than like him or he does something else. Like it's never going to go back to what he had in any way even sorta kinda. He is never going to have a private community of fans that buy his bullshit without a much larger contingency of people that just wanna laugh at him and pick him apart.

I just don't know what he has in mind for an ideal future at this point. There doesn't seem to be a desirable path forward In like any part of his life.

Real mdma doesn't cause any type of hangover unless you take way too much or take it way too often , it actually causes the opposite and you feel better the day after than you do normally.

If you have a hangover from "molly" you probably got a meth-bomb not mdma.
mdma is literally 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine
It is unique in that it drains your brain of serotonin, not just dopamine like most stimulants, meaning it's both extremely neurotoxic and leaves you feeling like shit for a day or two after. I think what you had in mind is LSD, which doesn't work if used too often unless you're doing that microdosing thing, and has evidence of leaving people for the better after doing it. I've heard stories of people accidentally curing themselves of addictions after dropping acid. Yes, Nick, it means you should megadose ASAP.

“Coming on my show was hugely profitable to every guest of mine.”

Past tense, how apropos.

My main question about Nick is why he's dead-set on not taking an appeal. I suspect he is selling this illogical nonsense to Kayla and April, with at least April buying it wholesale, that he is doing it out of principle. That he is acting like some sort of lolbert martyr forcing the government to win at trial. Nevermind this is a routine offence, one he is in fact guilty of, and people only care because he's become a complete trainwreck.

A good lawyer, nevermind a "principled" one, should primarily be concerned with getting the best outcome for their client - in Nick's case, a plea. Cheaper, quicker, less punishment, less stress.

Nick is so kind letting that poor April girl that he rarely sees use his studio.

Ah yes, the well known requirement to have a specifically designed studio in order to show for court via Zoom...
Around 11:00 to 14:00 minutes @Potentially Criminal states April showing up for her hearings at Nick's house will hurt her case of "I was just visiting" among a number of other things, including the CPS case with "rando alleged drug users in the house"

StoryRekieta is calling BS on some recent lawtubers’ claims that he promised them a cut of the stream money and never delivered.

Looking back on some of these trial streams I wouldn’t be surprised if this did happen and Nick was too drunk to remember.

EDIT: I can’t believe Nick is saying something like this after he’s been superchatting literal whos just to talk about him :story:

Is your “huge show” in the room with us right now, Nick?
What a clown.

  1. You owe your career to Vic Mignogna. No one heard of you before you hijacked the goodwill Vic had from his genuine fans. You used that opportunity to lead Vic up the garden path, securing a nepotistic windfall for Ty Beard, who demonstrated nothing but incompetence and downright indifference to Vic's case. When things didn't go as promised you distanced yourself. Now Vic is in the hole. You fucked him. Vic made you famous and now you are too scared to even talk about him because you would have to admit you were wrong. Vic now owes hundreds of thousands of dollars to people you assured us were freaks and losers.
  2. Your "career" as a lawyer is pathetic. Your legal analysis—as per Vic's case—inexplicably, is even poorer. You would never have found success as an independent commentator because you cannot provide legal commentary. If you were solo for the Rittenhouse trial we would have been subjected to ten hours of jokes about Kyle Rittenhouse making an OnlyFans and crude allusions to Binger's genitals. You didn't want to talk to lawyers about those trials, but you needed them. You accepted all comers, any practicing lawyer you could round up was welcome. You needed to launder their credibility. You need them to provide insight on the law because you don't have any. You need them to make jokes because you're not funny. You need them to talk because it occupies space you would otherwise abuse to produce negative entertainment value. You always needed them more than they needed you. You know it's true; they have moved on and are growing. Your stagnation has given way to decay. Did they benefit from exposure? Most certainly, but a rising tide lifts all ships. You could have continued to thrive in the collective, but you were never satisfied. Your interest in law was always a vanity project and you have no interest in discussing legal matters for any length of time. Your top priorities are being seen as funny or smart, in that order—when you were exposed as being neither you blamed it on the rest of lawtube. They now collaborate without you, or even against you, and the majority are having more success than before, when you elected yourself the lawpope.
  3. What if Kyle Rittenhouse never when to Kenosha? What if Johnny Depp had made better decisions in his love life? What if Vic just got over his cancellation and moved on? You would still be making videos about the Maddox lolsuit, sucking up to diddler Dax, looking for a crumb of attention from daddy Dick. You could never be honest with yourself and admit most of the attention you received was gifted to you by a string of sensational trials. It's nice you spent thirty-thousand on that Johnny Depp oil painting, buy I think you should really just have gifted Johnny himself that money; and maybe twice as much to the Hunter S. Thompson estate, since you rely on him for your entire personality.
  4. The biggest insult of all is how you treat your fans. Your success is entirely from your viewers, who you batter even worse than your liver. You would be nothing without those super chats. You would be nothing without those live viewers. When they asked for more trials, you made excuses. When they were concerned you were sliding, you lied to them. When they asked for you to feign remorse for your immoral and criminal behavior, to simply stop smoking crack and to feed your damn kids—you told them to kill themselves. I've got news for you, buddy. You wonder where you would be without your fans? It looks a lot like where you are now, but even lower.
I hope some lawtubers will read this, especially anyone who mistakenly believed they were "friends" with Nick. Just remember, he will gladly slide $1000 to some third-world whore, just because she touched his shoulder, but when it comes to the people that help him make that money, he says he owes you nothing. He won't even say "thank you." So I hope you make as much money as you can off of this clown. He has admitted it was only about his success, his money, his ego; he had no interest in anything but his own gratification.

The only thing you've ever earned, Nick, is this thread. You work for us now, and you're working for free.

All this "I respect the lawyer [Nick] in my life" shit is hilarious when everybody with two braincells to rub together already knows how hard she's going to backstab him when he can't afford to supply her with coke anymore. Good thing all the blow and booze killed those two cells in Nick's wetbrain.

"She came to my studio for her hearing because she doesn't have one."

???????? Having a studio isn't a prerequisite to attending a Zoom call?? Just use your phone nigga? He's not even trying with these lies anymore. Had he said "she gets nervous attending court and needed our support" I'd shrug and think whatever. Instead we got...this. Yes I'm sure April needed a fully equipped recording studio to nod and say "yes judge"
