This was two weeks before the arrest where the level of child neglect may have been at its highest. With hindsight this stream is evil to me,
the children probably saw this pie in the kitchen and were excited about finally having something to eat. Only to be told No! The pie is for Daddy to eat on Youtube, it's both heartbreaking and horrific to imagine what they had to go through.

It is the complete opposite of what a good parent should do, as most would and do go hungry themselves in order to feed their children. • Coordinating the schedule - allegedly. The nanny may have done that. He held it up on stream. It was packed.

Two plausible options from there:

1. Obligations of homeschooling and extracurriculars for five kids required two adults to manage. Very possible. The issue is that they had three adults servicing the kids' needs for several years.
2. Kayla, a yellow wallpaper Victorian housewife holed up in her room with Star Trek, gummies, sleep aids, and antidepressants. (She has admitted to all of those.)

Now when all indicators points to that Nick will fight this in court, all I can ask is:

Why?

Nick's story is that he is the coolest guy in the world. He is better than everyone else and he really has no equals out there. But he tried to befriend a psychotic domestic abuser, his pastor was told lies about Nick's religious beliefs and there was an evil monster woman at his church who hates cool people.

Nick wished aaron a million dollars. But eventually Aaron's poor wife fled Aaron's vicious abuse and was offered shelter by Nick. Nick can't say that she is living in Nick's house because if Aaron found out where she was living, her life would be in danger. So Aaron, being a snitch, went to the police and told them a whole bunch of false stories that Nick did cocaine and that Nick wasn't just the best dad in the world.

Then unrelated but at the same time, a bunch of scandinavian incel no-fun prudes went to Nick's pastor and told him a bunch of lies about Nick and Nick's kids. Additionally someone had gathered up quotes out of context from Nick about religion which poisoned the pastor's mind against Nick at the time the pastor was told the other lies.

So the pastor reports Nick to CPS (Child Protective Services). CPS knows that Nick is completely innocent and they have no reason to investigate him. But then an evil police officer gets involved. The evil police officer hates Nick because of Nick's long history of uncovering local corruption in his community. Nick is an attorney so he knows all about the local corruption of the police and the local judges led by Judge Pussy Liquor. Nick spent years in that community fighting for justice and freedom of ordinary people against the government and they all hated him for it.

The police makes up a story about having seen a video of Nick on drugs. But as Nick has proved, the police never saw the original video. So the police take the false reports by the pastor about Nick, they take the false reports from criminal wife-beater stalker Aaron and they add in a bunch of lies about having seen a video that they could not have seen.....then they go to evil judge Pussy Liquor to get a search warrant. Even though the warrant is completely invalid, evil judge Pussy Liquor signs it.

The police and CPS then raid Nick's house and conduct an illegal search. The CPS people then write a report about Nick's house and Nick's children that is full of lies. The police find cocaine in the house. But since Nick doesn't use cocaine and nobody can prove that he ever used cocaine, its self-evident that the cocaine cannot be Nicks.

The best explaination for the cocaine is that it belongs to Aaron the wife-beater. Unlike Nick, Aaron has admitted in public many, many times that HE is a drug user and it only makes sense that if there were drugs in Nick's house that they would belong to a man who has ADMITTED to being a drug user and not someone like NIck who nobody can prove ever used drugs.

CPS then did drug tests of Nick's children. The drug tests were done at a corrupt lab. But the legal system is protecting the corrupt lab because if the truth about the lab were admitted, every criminal case in the county would be overturned. The children said that they don't use drugs, but if they were ever found to have been exposed to drugs it did NOT happen at Nick's house. CPS refused to believe the children. CPS also refused to draw the obvious conclusion that any child exposed MUST have been exposed at evil wife-beating admitted drug user Aaron's house.

CPS, being corrupt, knowing that Nick is a good father and that they have no case.....then went on the stand in front of a judge and told a bunch of lies about Nick, NIck's children and how NIck had taken care of the children. Nick wanted to tell the judge that CPS was telling lies, but was not able to because of reasons. CPS said that Nick's house was filthy but it was not. CPS said that Nick's children didn't have clean clothes, but they did. CPS said Nick's kids were hungry, but they were not. And as pointed out by commentators like Ethan Van Sciver, if the kids were hungry or didn't have clean clothes, it was completely within their ability to deal with those problems themselves. It wasn't Nick responsibility to baby his children. NIck had more important things to do.

So obviously Nick cannot be convicted because:

- The search warrant is invalid.
- Since CPS did not arrest Nick for neglect of his children, the police had no right to seek a search warrant on Nick's property for any reason for the rest of time.
- The pastor's report to CPS is not valid because the Pastor was tricked by evil people through false information about Nick's religious beliefs.
- The police could never have seen the video in which it is falsely claimed that Nick used drugs.
- Nobody can prove that Nick ever used drugs therefore any drugs found in Nick's house cannot belong to Nick.
- The police, judges and CPS case workers associated with Nick's case are all liars. They have all committed multiple acts of perjury in the case and in addition to the case being dropped, they should all be prosecuted.
- The police and prosecutors have accepted the word of a wife-beating admitted drug user against Nick. In addition to dropping the case against Nick, charges should be filed against that guy who -unlike Nick - is an admitted drug user, bad parent and swinger.
- Judge Pussy Liquor who signed the search warrant is biased against Nick because Nick sought justice for a poor woman who stole several hundred thousand dollars to romance her gay husband into being straight.
- Judge Pussy Liquor also was discussed by Nick in the video that the police did not see that was referenced in the search warrent. Nick discussing her in the video means she could have approved the warrant in an unbiased way even though neither she or the police could have seen the video anyway.

So OBVIOUSLY NIck is innocent of all the charges and will inevtably go free when the case reaches the US Supreme Court.

The nanny was around for 5 or 6 years, so Kayla and Nick were most likely doing it mostly on their own prior to him starting streaming. He also worked outside the home prior to becoming a lawyer, so there were periods when Kayla must have looked after the kids on her own.

Five kids are a lot to handle and once Nick started streaming his schedule became incompatible with parenting full-time. As his kids grew older they needed more from their parents, too.

The nanny obviously filled a lot of gaps and may have stopped Kayla from going all Andrea Yates. It sounds like she was already checked out when she first came to our notice.
