It just seems like he gives zero fucks for those kids.
Despite all his protests, his actions say different. This asshole spends more time passivr aggressively snarking at fucking randos online than he is trying to repair the fucking damage he's done to his kids lives, he's clearly still getting fucked up on something, he's doing the typical narcissist "nothing is my fault" shit.
A parent thats allowed their own selfish behavior and drunken, drug fueled debauchery and lacknof self control to fucking derail their kids lives so badly should be doing anything to make ammends.
This Balldo wearing shoulderless skeleton cuck is blaming everyone but himself.

He doesn't deserve those kids.
I wholeheartedly agree. But the CPS system is built around giving every single chance before tearing a family apart. If they keep this up until the next status conference, then the gloves are going to start coming off. And it can get downright fucking evil if Nick keeps playing fuck-around with family court.

Willful noncompliance means you're up for a reminder of why you're here. Typically it's a very intensive monitoring with a new conference in 30 days. Plus it's a part of the file that you like to fuck around with your childrens' future. Judges really don't like it.
I have nothing resembling Minnesota knowledge (thank God) but generally actual termination is an utterly extreme remedy, rarely applied.

So I'm not expecting that because even trailer trash often get away with way worse than the Cuckietas have done, as appalling as it is to anyone from a class that expect civilized behavior.

So what do you think they're actually facing here for their obvious (and I mean it is extremely obvious) and willful (and it is extremely willful) noncompliance. They've basically been shitting in the face of every court involved in their cases.

Certainly actual penalties kick in at some point, even in Cuckesota.

It's not common, but it happens enough to be scary. The bigger punishment in termination proceedings is the enhanced powers given by it. Right now, they're looking at much closer counseling, therapy and testing supervision. If it wasn't mandatory before, it will be now. And I'm sure the bills are clocking higher.

And no, termination won't happen overnight. The actual process takes six to nine weeks and can be halted anytime before an order is signed. If he's going to lose those kids, he's going to have to work at it harder than anything else Nick has done in his life.

I'm sure Kino Casino would have Faran on, but Faran appears to be in the Feaser/Flamenco cycle of constantly preparing for her big comeback to streaming which gets derailed when her astroturfing campaign on her 200th sock gets exposed.
Agreed with all, but Faran was in Sean's chat the other day - when the ex-mod's (sorry forgot her name) DMs were leaked. Faran was saying that there are more women with messages like that and I think she hinted at her own experiences. But that + Aaron "knowing" that something is going to come out made me think of Faran. There's also Legal Mindset and his mention of several women that Nick propositioned and called at night. I think the big reveal will be something of this kind.

What the FUCK is this one last thing he's been instructed to hold back all this time, and why the FUCK is it taking the state so long to do anything about it?

Just a guess but I suspect it was Nick's being obstinate in addressing cocaine found in the house. He didn't even want to clean the house using the drug protocol because he thought they would use that against him. The "bleach is more dangerous than cocaine" idiocy. "KCHHS: You can have your kids back if you clean using bleach. Nick: Nope. There was no cocaine to clean up." Aaron is holding back because he was CHiPs witness and it was all sealed.

I still think their mysterious address change for a month and Nick sperging out after address change back is kchhs related. Every relationship he has is nebulous. No idea if kids live there. Or Kayla. Or April. He's lashing out and he's mad but I'm not sure at who or what. It's not very rational.

Is there lore behind 'Mare'? Horse-face joke, or typographical error?
Horse joke.

Melton recently hinted that Nick might have had video cameras all throughout his house recording, and that Aaron is in for a big surprise once the trial is over.
I mean I get outside cameras, I have a few myself, but if true then that's some weird paranoid shit right there.

Oh no Rekeita-bros, I think I found out why Nick failed to complete his CLE’s:
IMG_0164.jpeg
Please forgive my phone posting I’m not at home right now. Also, I know the range for his CLE requirement probably disqualifies him from this particular criterion.
Since it's so close to his arrest we should call this the Rekieta rule.

Streamed one hour ago, which is noon Minnesota time.
1:41:10 - Sean's "You're better off being a nerd than cool" probably got Nick seething a bit there at the end.

It makes absolutely no sense but it's fantastic.
Ok I'm glad that it wasn't just me that did not get the joke. I laughed because I knew in his head he thought it was great.

What concerns me is Chrissie is pregnant, gullible as fuck, and might actually believe Joe.
Well she did think Nick's downfall came about because April and Aaron were bad influences on him so I think that it's definitely in the realm of possibilities that she believed Joe.

She’s so fuckin gross. Jealous of the main bitch, doesn’t give a fuck about the children, only wants the man for herself.
Didn't she love Aaron's children too before ghosting them?

Something must have moved forward about something BIG like Aaron alluded to, because it's just about the only thing (other than mental illness) that could reasonably explain Nick spiraling from his usual garden-variety seething to the absolute meltdown going on lately, and it's just about the only thing (other than mental illness) that could reasonably explain Nick fighting tooth and nail to the bitter end when simply accepting any conceivable plea offer on a possession first offense would have amounted to a slap on the wrist. If there has been something else in the works that would entail a significant chance of doing hard time and/or that would render it impossible to rebuild a reputation and career after it comes out, we'd probably be seeing the exact behavior we're seeing now. Just some food for thought
It could be a slew of things, from the preliminary CPS reports, to something related to Aaron reporting Nick and Melton for sexually harassing his kids (pedophilia aside, it can be considered witness intimidation).

I don't want him to lose his kids. For his fucking kids sake because that shit would be devastating. He needs to sort his shit out, start acting his fucking age and putting the human beings he brought into the world first like a fucking parent, like a fucking man should, but he's iredeemable, he really is a fucking piece of shit. If having his house raided and his kids taken into the care of CPS, and his fucking humiliation broadcast to the world isn't enough to make this faggot wake up, nothing it seems will.
If he's set on this path, those kids shouldn't be anywhere near him and his pedophile friends. The sooner he's out of their life the less damage he can do.
Seriously fuck this guy. He's a waste of fucking oxygen.

What the fuck did that creep do to his "favorite" daughter?
This is a guy that defended Cuties and spergs about American Beauty, and he's recently started getting extremely friendly with a proud and open pedophile in the Melton chomo fuck...
I don't want Aaron to be telling the truth here tbh because that shit is too fucking dark, but my opinion of Balldo is so fucking low I wouldn't be surprised by anything at this point.

I'm reluctant to jump to such containment-thread territory not because Nick isn't capable of such a thing (at this point no cavern beneath rock bottom would be surprising anymore), but rather because Aaron added the peculiar detail that this one last thing would have been "done" by "all three of them" and thus we'd be "angry at the three of them." That would imply that whatever it was, Kayla and April either participated at worst or at best learned of it and chose to cover it up. Based on that I'd lean more toward a middle ground like the old theory that at some point in the spring, the three of them somehow became aware of whatever ingestion event(s) would later result in the May hair follicle test, and then mutually decided to refrain from seeking medical care for it.

That would also explain why Aaron segued to this topic from emphasizing the critical importance of her testimony and would explain why the state has gone so far out of its way to get April to flip, as her testimony would not have been particularly useful for the possession charge, but would have been absolutely necessary to a more serious type of endangerment charge than the existing one. If such an incident went down after Aaron had already left, and if he only learned about it secondhand from KCSO or KCHHS without having ever heard a non-hearsay party admission about it from the other three, then April's testimony would have been the only hope of a prosecutable case.

Thats been my suspicion about the positive cocaine test from the start tbf. If they found out the kid got into the stash I could see how a bunch of crackheads would freak out and not seek medical advice knowing it would damn them to do so. It makes sense using junky logic, but then that should also be the only kick in the ass someone should need to clean their fucking act up, which they didn't, which makes them all complicit and guilty as fuck.
I think if they are not separated it's likely they would be better off away from their parents than living with those parents.
The concern at separating them is a big issue, being torn from your home is bad enough, being split up from your siblings is even worse, and its a real worry, theres 5 of them, not many places will take on all 5 kids I don't think.

Let me clear this up a bit. This is six months from the initial orders (5/22) This is a required six month status hearing. If what we've seen is indicative of the totality of the household, I can definitely write a R&R saying Nick hasn't done shit in regards to resolving his criminal cases, he refuses to tell me how he has cocaine in his house at the same time I've got an eight year old popping hot for cocaine. In family court I can call him a liar at this point if he tells me the cocaine wasn't there. Based on this, I can say to a court I cannot release CPS' (i stick to general acronyms) jurisdiction over these children. The judge will agree. CPS would get an order telling Crackets to grab his ankles. Then everyone would see what would happen

At first the downfall was funny (it still is), but the more that becomes uncovered the more I worry for all the kids caught in the line of fire. If it isn't the allegations levied against the Rekietas, it'll be just how angry and irrational Nick has been leading to him getting abusive. He's not far if he hasn't breached that threshold yet. How irate and unhinged his behavior has become even towards people who generally haven't been tainted by his behavior yet is extremely concerning.

All of this is concerning.

I just want to laugh and not worry about Nick doing stupid shit. I wanna be able to make fun of him without worrying he's gonna turn around and do some fucked up shit in a fit of anger (or because of drug/alcohol abuse fueling rage).
