There was clip of Nick sperging something about attorney-client privilege. What was that really about? Who leaked what? And were they ever in any client-relationship even?

He claims that other lawyers on YT with whom he had conversations (presumably about his case) established privilege, so they are being unethical by talking about his case.

He also said this on one of his LOCALS streams.

If he gets no contact order against him by Aaron he has no show.

This would be hilarious. It could not happen to a nastier person.

Yeah this is really interesting (and frustrating that the thread moved on so fast without acknowledging it).

I think the most charitable interpretation is he meant this in the general sense of "abuse" and that he realized upon reflection that someone might interpret it as the sexual connotation.

However, this isn't a guy typing from the 1800s. He's old but not ancient. My parents would never use the term "molestation" to refer to general abuse or unwanted contact; they would be very conscious of the fact that this is most frequently used in reference sexual molestation.

It is all sad. My theory is that he put it up there, then some family member saw it and was horrified by the word being used so publicly.

I can't remember where but I seem to remember watching an election-day livestream Barnes was supposed to be on and the host saying he canceled for health reasons and for viewers to keep him in their thoughts. He made it sound serious. At least to me it had to be serious for Barnes to miss election day since his entire online brand has been associated with Trump.
