On one hand, I really want to like it. I’m a huge fan of the whole 'taken-to-a-different-world' concept, but I just wish it didn’t always revolve around the main character ending up with a harem of incredibly powerful women fighting for his attention.

Thank you for your input —I completely agree. The desire to turn back time and do things differently is almost universal. For me, an isekai is a variation of that idea—a fresh start in a new world. There’s so much a protagonist could do with that kind of gift, yet we end up with just another harem anime? Give me a break (and a genuinely interesting isekai)
