Official Kiwifarms Uplifting Each Other Thread - Support group for women

As a lifelong equestrian I’ve always just thought the disliking horses is because it’s a hobby that has nothing to do with men and doesn’t appeal to them on any level. Most men aren’t interested in ballet, for instance, but they enjoy the aesthetics of the ballerina body and maybe the leotards. Nothing “sexy” like that with horse riding though.

Edit: I stand by this. Of course there will be some men who fetishize anything, but generally it’s not thought of as attractive/appealing to men and that’s why they don’t like it.

Because there's an urban legend that the movement of the horse gives women orgasms. I used to ride and find this claim preposterous.
It goes back way further than urban myth, even back in medieval times they made women ride side-saddle because they thought it would be lewd for a woman to straddle a horse. Men are so fucking dumb and insecure.

Lol I wish. Men definitely sexualize equestrian women like they sexualize everything else women do.

the movement of the horse gives women orgasms.
They're probably thinking about the way the hips are swaying during the gallop or cantering. It's idiotic because both types of movement are actually pretty difficult to execute properly and one wrong move has a potential for landing you on the ground.
There's no space left in your head to even consider having an orgasm.

ooooh, i have some grogeous 1940's digital patterns i've been meaning to try! if you have any recommendations, i'd love to have a look <3

(also, for peace of mind, i recommend muting him. its blessedly quiet without his screeching.)
Please feel free to hit me up as well if you're sharing patterns. I don't put nearly enough time into actually sewing, but I have been collecting vintage patterns that I like.

I wish I knew how to sew. I sadly don't have the patience for it... but I think it would be good for me to actually learn and sit and make cute stuff for my baby.
There's honestly a LOT of great step by step YouTube tutorials that start off with simple stuff that don't take up oodles of time. I've definitely seen some nice ones for nice skirts and such.

How straining is it on the eyes in your opinion? I have always avoided it because I figured that my already tense eye muscles would crumble.
Honestly depends on how finnicky your pattern is. Like if you're using tiny needles and thread and are hand sewing, it can be pretty straining. If you're in a well lit room and are doing some machine work (and aren't planning to spend hours on it) it's not so bad. The decent lighting is pretty important though. And taking short breaks if you're feeling fatigued with signs of eye strain.

Considering hand crafting was mentioned, despite this being an uplifting thread - is anyone else here into painting minis? (Like for DND / Pathfinder / Starfinder what have you). Or into making leatherworks? I always feel I'm really missing out on people as into crafting as I am. 😂

I want to say that coming away from the troonery of my social life as a Zoomer has been incredibly beneficial to my mental health. I promise this is related to this thread because of course my relationship to femininity has improved tenfold as a result.
I love girls. I love our sense of community. I love how, despite how hard delusional moids will try to keep us from organizing amongst ourselves, we will always persevere.

I also love being everything TIMs wish they were, because I'm a petty cunt.

I thought it was normal when I was younger, but it's revelation when you finally get the opportunity to be around people who don't live like that. The weight off your shoulders knowing that someone you care about is keeping themselves safe and you won't randomly be called upon to take care of them on a regular basis is immense.
Wisdom like this is invaluable.
Been in a similar situation but when you finally get that “aha!” moment, it’s so relieving.
Can’t even express how much better my interpersonal relationships have developed for the better.

Still have the issue of not being able to accept generosity from people, but one step at a time!

I'm late as fuck because I never got the new post notifications :lossmanjack:
Let's all list our hobbies then, I'd love to read about them
A couple of mine:
-sewing
- historical sewing
-repairing antique sewing machines
- horse riding (I want to learn more about the art of dressage)
I'd love to know more about sewing, especially if you have anything you'd like to share!

For me it's reading, restoring furniture, piano, and certain studying topics (especially mechanical engineering and language). I'd love to hunt more, but I hit my limit every year as it is. I also collect dolls, to the displeasure of my wallet. I used to be very much into calligraphy, and I can still do a little bit (mostly cursive) but I doubt I could do it like I used to.
I will say that piano has been great for making friends! When I was still in school I eventually started playing outside of the soundproof practice rooms, sometimes people would stop and listen and a few of them would come up to me and excitedly discuss the piece or the composer, or we'd take turns playing. There were a few ladies who would split the piano with me where one of us would play the upper range and the other would play the lower, or sometimes we'd do stupid things like alternating measures. I still talk to a few of them!

I've been told some of my hobbies are a bit mannish (especially gun stuff and engineering) but I'm honestly not bothered much by it anymore. I enjoy them and some of them serve me pretty well, so I'm happy.
i also want to learn how to play the lute, as i think its a beautiful historical instrument.
Lutes are some of the most beautiful sounds, do you have a specific kind you're most interested in? I've never seen anybody learn the Italian variety before which is really unfortunate, so if that's your preference then you'll be one of the few to keep the tradition alive!
i've been putting off playing sims4 again only because i don't want to have to do the week long slog of redownloading all my mods to make the game less boring :/ i have over 100 hours in game, but i genuinely just love making the characters and building them pretty houses lol
Same!! I honestly liked 3 better for building houses but 4 has much better range for the character creator.

What mods did you usually use? Do you still have your list?

I used to be more into it but I defer to @isalaide as the resident expert on miniatures!

It's not just trannies who skin walkwomen they desire. Behind every seemingly cool guy is the ex girlfriend or crush whose hobbies they didnt acquire or learn from, but full on copied in the most shallow way lol.

Not all of them, of course, but more than it would initially seem. :stress:

I was thinking about this just yesterday. I'll spoil it since this is OT.
I see men as having inherently more narcissistic tendencies, which they either lose or enforce as their lives go on. Narcissism seems to come with an inability to appreciate the traits of others without wanting to skinwalk them. It's like never growing out of the phase of your childhood where you snatch away another kid's toy because they seem to be having a good time. I had this issue with a highly narcissistic female friend. She wanted to ape everything that she thought was "cool" in both genders, which brought her eerily close to trannyism. She never crossed that line, but admitted that she had such thoughts. The more traits she absorbed from friends, romantic interests, and media, the worse the gender confusion got. Basically, I think it's two sides of the same coin.

thought i'd take the time to post here and say that i'm so proud of you all for trying your best.

the onset of winter is never easy, and its made even more difficult as of late - seasonal depression and whatnot disproportionately effects women; let alone with how expensive living is and the cost of food, et cetera. it can feel incredibly isolating.

even if nobody has congratulated you for your little wins recently, or for simply doing your best - hell, maybe you managed to change your bedsheets, or do something new, maybe you just had an ok week for the first time in a while; that's still worthy of being proud of yourselves.

even though i'm a stranger, i'm cheering on your successes from my little corner of the world, and i'll be praying for everyone's happiness, joy, and growth!! please make sure to wrap up warm and take care of your health as it gets even colder :)

(sorry if this is a little gay or retardy, i'm just in a very cheerful and hopeful mood :))

I hope I decide whether I want kids or not within the next four years. I love my partner but he is older and does not want children. If I end up with a woman later on, I'm happy to consider adoption. I'm not religious or traditional, but I think the point of life is to better the next generation. I don't want to waste the potential of life.

oh boy i love a good opportunity to reply to something several weeks later.

- drawing, digitally and traditionally (i.e on paper)
- reading
- listening to podcasts
- watching documentaries*
- researching local wildlife
- sewing
- collecting antique teddy bears
- gardening (mostly with native plants)
- day hiking

*if you have any quality recommendations please drop them because the genre has gotten completely bogged down with shitty schizoposts trying to cosplay as actual journalism

Struggling to maintain a job from dealing with weirdos and horrible people to the general muck of the world, struggling to keep up, how do other women do it? I lost my job and am trying to find something but everywhere rejects me when they look at me or see my resume. it dossnt help that im under 100lb so employers keep thinking im some kid? What are options for a weak woman like me? are there really remote jobs out there? My strengths are in writing and creative work but I don't think I can find a job with drawing. Starting to wonder if I'm retarded or autistic asides from asking for advice on kiwifarms I just feel surrounded by retarded stuff everywhere. how do you even navigate therapy when they're all tranny cocksuckers?? unironically asking how autistic women survive jobs especially when having to deal with males or male harassment I'm so tired and scared all the time . this is probably the only place I can talk about what has happened to me due to transsexuals and weirdos and males

this thread is a breath of fresh air and here I am shititng in it sorry guys

have a good holidays
