Nick discussed the house long before any of this happened and his explanation then is consistent with his explanation now. Trusts are created for many different reasons and this one was created specifically to protect the interests of the children and take the house out of the marital asset pool in the event of a future divorce.

The purchase of the second house happened after the death of Nick's grandfather (I can't recall whether it was after Peaches' death, too). While it's possible Celeste put up the money, it's equally possible that Nick received a windfall at that time (the house isn't worth millions).

I'm not familiar with Nick ever commenting on why they made the trust; Kayla did, though; she said it was a way to keep their names off of the public records associated with the property. I always assumed the Lord Robert trust was only for the house and not any sort of broader vehicle to funnel money to him.

From the will, Nick got no windfall from his grandfather's estate, as he (correctly) insisted. I think he said he got a small sum from his grandmother, I don't think anyone has bothered to get her will, but the purchase of the second home was made while she was still alive regardless.

They bought it for $650k in November 2018, without a mortgage, while retaining ownership of their previous home.

I don't think there's any plausible explanation for how they came up with the money other than Celeste giving it to them.

The endangerment charge applies due to to weapons and drugs being found in the home. That combination automatically constitutes endangerment and no additional evidence is required for the charge.

Not sure if it was pointed out (about 400 new pages have come and gone since so I'm re-reading everything to check, I'll just take my clock stickers if I missed it), but the screenshot they showed of Aaron looking at cuckold porn after reading the KF thread seems to have been back in July. That observation isn't new, but when you think about it, if he had done it anymore recently than that, they would have leaked a screenshot of that instead. That means it's been 4 months since that happened, there's no proof it's happened since, and they could only provide proof of it happening once.

Even if there was no federal crimes which facilitated the leak of this screenshot, it's such a nothingburger and that's why Nick and his pedo pals constantly glaze over those details. Also, if something as humiliating had happened more recently than that, they'd be leaking that instead. The only reason they spent however much time scrolling through over a third of a year's worth of Chrome activity was because they couldn't find anything else since then to leak.

One thing Melton pointed out that is actually right which is while Nick has apparently had access to Aaron's account for as long as 11 months, the history actually goes beyond that. Nick can keep scrolling back to the point Aaron first logged into his Google account on Chrome. And apparently there's nothing that bad in his entire Google account.

These dynamics are incredibly dangerous.

At the moment I think Kayla is in the most significant danger.

Her most permanent defense is the children. Given Nick's documented history (as recorded in traffic ticket contact reports) of complaining about having to drive his kids, he isn't interested in having the kids to himself and anything happening to Kayla would leave them in his (and his parents') lap.

To your point about goals, as long as she stays drugged and compliant, tolerating Nick's deceptions re: sneaking around with April, Kayla is at worst an annoyance to Nick and April.

However, if she starts pushing to change the equation too hard, and either Nick or April get desperate and a little too wound up on drugs (especially if it's meth), she could easily have an "accident" involving her falling repeatedly on a knife.
April is dead stupid and emotionally in 9th grade (at best). She has proven time and time again that she will enthusiastically adopt any galaxy brain plan Nick comes up with. Being imprisoned in the house of whoreors with her phone TV will become unbearable, especially if her supply of "ice" gets cut off.

The desperation, the complete lack of impulse control, the raging character disorders, and the substance abuse make a violent ending very probable.

Nick seems to consider both April and Kayla annoyances. The activities he does do with them at this point are activities a gay male friend might do, like the tattoo convention. Since the latest April revelations have emerged I actually think the reality is much darker than this - it might be that Nick, having already broken Kayla, sees no reason to rid himself of the subservient woman he put so much time and effort into domesticating to his liking already.

Totally. You have to read the thread as much as Nick, or close to, in order to have a chance to stay current all the time. Those summaries help when things get really fast & after features. Also, archiving everything as it’s posted versus someone playing catch up later, is necessary to keep things easy to follow.

Good summary, but there's one thing that you're missing in between those two Tweet sprees; Warski said on the last Kino Casino (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8M4Y6tS9NKg, around 30 minutes) that he had been informed 3 days prior that 9 days prior to that, Rekieta missed a drug test. The show was on the night of Thursday, November 14.

14 - 3 - 9 = 2 putting the date of the missed test November 2nd..

Keanu stated a similar thing, that their last drug test had been missed (unclear if "last" means final or most recent) and that at the very least Kayla blamed April for the missed test.

The trusts set up by Louis were for Peaches, his children and the foundation. Ty was the trustee for the trusts for the Owen children, but he can be removed by the trust beneficiary (and for all we know, has been by Celeste).

He probably did earn enough to cover the mortgage on the original house he and Kayla bought when they were first married, even if family helped with the deposit. House prices weren't out of control back then and he didn't have a large family to support.

Early this year he was talking a lot about doctors being useless know-nothings wasting his time because they expect him to make appointments instead of just giving him what he wants. It's a bit hard to find clips because it was scattered across multiple streams, but here's two to get a general idea.

One of the CHIPS documents mentioned the children (more than one) continuing to receive their medication while in foster care.

I'm not sure how ADHD meds are controlled in the US, but here you need to see a specialist (paediatrician or psychiatrist) every 6 months for a new prescription and the refill interval is tightly controlled. You can only refill a couple of days early and if you refill late your script will eventually expire before you can refill the last repeat. For that reason, people will often phone in to have their script filled or submit it online for refill even if they don't collect it until later.

If there are similar control measure in the US, it sounds like too much messing around for Nick.

My assumption is that he’s either given a very easy charity board position making high five figures to low six figures or he got a tugboat from his parents as law offices in a strip mall do not come cheap. Louis and Peaches started their charitable donations in the late 2000’s and then Louis died in 2016(?) with Peaches following in 2019. I could see Nick being brought on to help learn business as he seems to have a handle on estate law per the other practicing YouTube lawyers. His grandfather, Louis, admired his lawyer uncle and I could see Nick manipulating his demented grandfather to get a document reading job for the charity.

It depends; people tend to behave different when they're lying than when they're telling the truth.
For example, if Kayla died and Nick shut the fuck up about it we'd know he's telling the truth.
