More that he doesn't much care about the soysphere anymore. He stated that in all his q&as after kuz took over.
He occasionally feels nostalgic over the site but has ultimately moved on. I fail to see him dropping more then 50k to rebuy the site.

They had also once threaten to spam child porn on /r9k/ boards whenever people try to gather up and stop the spam.
This eventually lead to anon who joined it, converted into a femboy via blackmailed, and painted his own brains with a shotgun on livestream out of fear that they would release his degenerate secret towards his family.

Keep in mind this didn't stop the femboy shilling, there are still people doing this shit on /r9k/ and the jannies haven't done shit about them.

What happened to Reiko in the end? Did he get killed already, arrested or is he in hidding using discord alts?

Searched google and saw no arrest records

I'm 90% sure he got away with it in the end. I don't know if the dox ever got confirmed and if I'm remembering right there was a lot of disagreement over whether the dox was real or if it was a fake posted by Reiko's 'cord buddies to get people off his back.
