Is Portland really a strategic target these days? There's a lot less shipping than there used to be, and no military assets other than a few ANG planes at the airport.
Not really, but it something of even moderate importance that Chinese and Russian missiles might be able to hit.
Well, quite frankly, there's one big thing everybody keeps overlooking:
Trump: "Hey, Ukraine, launch investigations into Biden's son."
Ukraine: "No"
This is already investigated and debunked. Trump threatened he might withhold/reduce military aid but did not do so - its sus, but if that is illegal then every president is guilty. Anyway, there's no need to do any investigating now - since Hunter has been pardoned of all crimes related to his $150,000 a year job he held with his only qualifications being "Son of the Vice President". Clearly a completely pointless pardon since Hunter obviously never did any crimes in Ukraine. Trump must have really been off base looking at illegal actions for Hunter's dad to give him a full pardon for all crimes committed during a period time, even undiscovered and uncharged ones.
I have literally no idea where anybody was getting that hopium.
TDS suffers may have believed my equally fanciful responses to their fanfics. Ability to tell fiction from reality is not their strong suite.
It’s a hypothetical. If the US withdraws all aid after Trump offers a “take it or leave it” shit sandwich of a peace deal, would you consider that as being an action taken to benefit Russia?
Well there is also the hypothetical that Trump will make Putin put on a sailor suit and do the "Lollypop Guild" dance in front of the UN under threat of being nuked, if we're talking about things that pure fancy speculation with no basis in reality.
What would Trump do if both sides call his plan retarded?
His whole deal was carrot and stick, but Putin doesn't want your carrot, and wether it does or not, he acts like the stick doesn't hurt. Putin, nor the greater Russian metropolitan, does not care how many boys come home in boxes (or not at all) so the threat of continuing aid isn't a threat.
Honestly who the fuck knows, I think its more likely both sides come back with counter offers. I doubt anything that doesn't involve WWIII-levels of response if Russia continues to fuck around in Ukraine will be realistically any more effective than the fake, gay Minsk agreement.
Personally, I think Trump will just wash his hands of the matter, lift sanctions and try to ignore Europe and Russia for his term.
This will backfire, as most things Trump does and end up hurting us substantially in the long run.
I think that's what happens if Ukraine shows itself to be a boondoggle with no realistic end stage (to Trump's satisfaction). I doubt that's the day zero take, especially with Z-man kissing the ring.
All of this assumes that Trump isn’t bound to do the bidding of Putin either because he’s completely compromised (as in, owes at least his first election to him, and/or there are piss tapes), or just wants to let him win because he’s his kind of guy.
You can say “oh but he defied Putin in this or that move in the past” - you don’t think stuff like that can be orchestrated and agreed in order to let him look tough, with a longer term objective in sight?
Trump and Russia have so many lines of communication it's not funny. As does Musk. They’re just not on our team, this has been apparent for years.
Times Russia has invaded Ukraine was Trump was President: 0
Times Russia has invaded Ukraine while Biden was elected to the executive branch: 2
The numbers say its not Trump that is compromised and that you are a low-IQ, low-test Eurocuck who who kept buying Russian energy, laughed at the messenger when told this was a bad idea, and having funneled trillions to the war machine now ravaging Ukraine now that once again demand someone else bail you out from the mess you created. You should stop your blue-cum guzzling retard posting and maybe consider doing a portrait of the Prophet Muhammed in public instead.
