Stabby's use of Unclean Hands is a legal term he uses to try to by-pass the fair use defence.

He's saying that his critics are trying to game the system by pleading fair use when their real purpose is to harass, mock, slander and intimidate him. As far as I know, @Useful_Mistake can correct me here, that Unclean Hands refers to a legal act done to cover an illegal motive.

So Stabby's consistent use of unclean hands is his way to trying to say that even those these copyright infringers technically are within fair use terms because they're only doing it to harass, slander and defame him the court should not apply the fair use doctrine to their copyright and thus must award Stabby eleven gazillion dollars.
