What you're saying is, you CAN be locked up for actions committed before your probation agreement. You just don't get your probation breached as a consequence. But that's the opposite of what you wrote above.

Context and reading comprehension? What are they? The post I replied to was scant centimeters above mine in the same post.

If you’re thinking about the same post I’m thinking about, that was unrelated. He made a separate post specifically about the appeal filing and he seemed pretty pleased with it. See below:

Yes, the atrocious appeal post was another case.

What I think more interesting to contrast now are the panegyric posts that we uncovered where he wrote about his 'Seargent', (was it?) who gave him a chance in life? I know people said it was strange to refer to military rank outside the military at the time, and those posts made it seem like they were close.

Jail was extremely unlikely for Nick. The result of the trial would have also resulted in something incredibly similar to what is being talked about in terms of the plea deal.

The trial would cost some money. But the risks involved were not all that great. The main compelling reason Nick has to take a plea deal is to keep much of the information in the case out of the public record.

Of course, jail is unlikely. I believe most came to that conclusion after many barrister posted about it.

Theory time: I believe Nick the benefit Nick is trying to get is confidentiality and/or access to April. I doubt significant reduction in length of term is on offer because of how ironclad the State's case is. They are negotiating on the small concessions that mean little to them, I would think.

i love the irony of him getting slapped in the last month.

This... is not irony... it is comedy.

I think Nick's biggest hindrance will be that he will have to plead guilty to accept a plea (maybe no contest if he's lucky I guess).

I forget who it was, but I keep thinking about a case where a woman was trying to accept a plea deal and proclaim that she didn't do it at the same time. The judge stopped her and basically said "you can plead guilty or innocent, but not both." Long story short she wanted to accept the plea deal without admitting guilt and the judge threw it out.

Nick's greatest internal struggle right now has to be the choice between admitting guilt (which would cause him the pain of a thousand suns coursing through his bloodstream) or taking it to trial (which would reveal things Nick doesn't want known, such as the body cam footage). He is not fighting the legal system, he is fighting the haterz.

I have to respectfully disagree. Destiny is the World's Strongest Cuck. Nick Rekeita is somewhat new to this; Destiny is true to this. If anyone here hasn't, I truly recommend reading his thread to understand that Destiny is one of the most sexually vile people alive. Rekeita had a more precipitous fall, but Destiny is truly the King of Cucks.

This happened to Baked Alaska. I have no doubt it's happened to others too.

I hope in my heart of hearts that Nick pleads not guilty, but I think his wife and family will wrangle him enough that he'll take the deal.

i'm calling bullshit.
Except we're not disagreeing (see below). My point with the post was to illustrate how drastically April has changed over formative but a fairly brief 7 years from the ages of 23-30. It wasn't to do a sociological exploration. But, sure, lets do that...
a woman monkey branching to a local celeb that no one outside the hometown cares about is a near stereotype of pre-internet small town people. a young attractive trophy wife that puts up with her husband's bullshit because she can't provide for herself and will leave with the next man that makes her feel something is a tale as old as time. the internet was just what was apparently needed so that two radio show hosts from the same metro area can meet up at a comedy club, which sounds absurd when both radio shows, and comedy clubs are silly pre-internet relics. In general April's entire story is the type feminists would point to back in the 1960s as proof they needed the ability to make their own money and open their own bank accounts and have drivers licenses because of how blatantly male centered her life is.
Yes, much of this works for an old-school playbook.

All the players are Minnesotians (Nick pretends he's not, but he's been there for 25+ years). All the locations (Lakefield, Spicer, Lichfield, St. Cloud) are close enough for the old-school playbook. Plus, they're all white and Christian enough, etc etc etc.

Enter the Internet for Aaron and Nick's shows and the resulting drugs, Vegas, Matsuri (for the Rekietas), sexual boundaries being violated... and charges.

Then, consider how the Internet exposure affected Aaron and Nick's partners. It IS a similar story for Kayla and April. They both, at first, tried to play along but eventually felt horribly exposed (one went dark, the other continues to act out - but that's a different issue). They were both brutally criticized, often justifiably.

I'd argue that small-town gossip pales in comparison to being dragged through the Internet. In a small town, you still have to "live" with one another in a real community, see each other's kids, and attend soccer and graduations.

Fwiw, I made a point of NOT painting April as a victim, and I try my darndest with Kayla (a bit less successful, admittedly). To your point, these women have driver's licenses and cars, family support, and at least some access to funds to get themselves educated and go to work.

Compared to the 1950s they could easily leave their toxic situations. They have chosen not to do so. That's on them -100%.

"Look, I'd have written a better eulogy, but I had to drive my goddamn kid to his 11pm underwater theremin lessons. I'm just too busy!'

:really:
The Rekieta kids, the poor regular kids mingling with them must feel like Cro-Magnon crayons eaters compared to their Neanderthal superiority.

Maybe after failling law/cooking/marriage/parenthood/polyamory/youtube streaming Crackets can launch a shining career into eugenics.

Rackets cant eat chips and cook goyslop 2 times a week on camera, BBN cant be a full-time poster because he suddenly discovered he had a family of 11, Dax is taking it up the ass every day by multiple party monsters, Vito fucking around with his scribbles comic book... the only person with any work ethic in the Balldoverse is Ralph.
Don’t forget Kino Casino/Cokeski and PPP Diddy can’t stream more than once every 10-12 days because they’re afraid another one of their inner circle of paypigs will get outed as a loli-enjoying pederast. They weren’t known for being the most consistent 2 months before the Vegas story came out but ever since then they’ve been hiding in the bunker and only popping their heads out to stream when they assume it’s “safe” to do so.

It’s slightly Rekieta related since they also inhabit the corpse of the sektur and Rekieta was prancing around in the aftermath of the Vegas story as if what they did was enough to absolve him of his multiple instances of degeneracy.

It works for three of them. But if you mean Lakeville (Lakefield) and Nick, that is a very different game. Three of them are typical central minnesota kinds of people. But Nick is more of an archtype Minneapolis outer suburbs nerd. He failed at everything in high school, had no idea what to do with his life and had parents who ended up propping him up at every step along his life.

A guy like Nick is going to see himself as superior to everyone and constantly have an attitude. He is going to have no taste and no style. He had a close relationship with porn in his youth. He will be constantly trying to prove to others what a "cool" and attractive guy he is even though he isn't. Though he grew up in a milky white suburb, he will constantly pose about what a tough kid of the mean streets of the city he is.

Nick somehow has most of the traits of the worst sort of child of the nouveau riche in the Minneapolis outer suburbs. Even though his childhood wasn't rich at all. I can have a degree of sympathy for the other three because they are just typical central minnesota characters and stories. But Nick is IMO just a bad person.

If no contact with April is part of the deal, I'm gonna laugh my ass off.

I think that would be the most painful thing for him. Not the most dangerous, mind you... that'll be the probation/suspended sentence he'll likely violate some day, but rather the one thing that'll cause him to seethe the most. All of that degenerate shit for nothing.

I feel bad but I have to study. Unlike Nick I am a practicing professional and have to keep my education up lol
That's alright bro. You did more than enough already, and your efforts were appreciated. The tiny minority of people that didn't appreciate it either time, and made fun of your handwriting instead, are retarded and ungrateful. God bless.

Destiny is indeed vile to the point he should be condemned for it, but he has never ever pretended not to be a degenerate pervert, much less some kind of tradtard. He has never made calling people cucks the central part of his humor.

Destiny may be the King of Cucks, but Nick is the Pope of Cucks.
lol i am not retarded , if you are charged with something new you can have your current probation revoked and then go to do jail.
If you are charged with something new that you did AFTER you got probation you can. You cannot violate an agreement you hadn't even signed at the time. The only way you could get violated on a prior would be if you had lied about it to obtain it, and even then, you wouldn't have violated the probation agreement, it would have been void at the outset for fraud.

I bet on a gay closed door meeting yet again. Hopefully K stays safe from the dark energy.
3 Dead, 14 Injured. New Hearing set for late January/early February.

Longshot: Our Wife turns coat, files divorce, goes on Kino Casino to do a Tell-All. Josh is invited but arrives late, re-states his original offer for the Bodycam Footage which she at first denies, but later agrees to after becoming a little bit too aggressively flirty with Dear Feeder.
Heavy shitposting causes The Toe to think he's being cucked (again, but not actually). He spiral and attacks the Farms.
Heavy DDOS attacks take down the site close to Valentine's Day causing most users to miss BossmanJack's return stream.
Kayla's progressive initiation into the site has her mostly talking shit in Beauty Parlor, but inevitably she finds a freshly released Austin.
By June 2025 both Chris-Chan & Bossman have kids on the way.
Null has his first Pillstream.

I counted the number of times he wrote variations of 'I' and 'Me' in his new Locals post:

I= 19 times
Me= 6 times
My= 3 times
Myself= 1 time
I've= 1 time
(Cringe Cuck= 100% of the time)

Speaking of Mormons, there is some drama brewing on Nick’s legal team (if they are even involved anymore). Brian Lewis, the attorney who works for Francis White III and who filed Nick’s atrocious appeal, made this cryptic post on Facebook on Thanksgiving day:

What the fuck is wrong with all these grown men acting like hormonal teenage girls on the Internet. Vague posting on Facebook for attention is top tier faggotry.

And yes, he likely fuck up during his probation. Place your bets now as to when.
Whenever the Balldoman gets his official probation, and whenever the terms become public, the poll for this thread needs to be "How soon will Nick violate his probation?"
  • 1 month or less
  • Between 1 and 6 months
  • 6+ months
  • He'll die before a violation happens
  • EDIT TO ADD: He'll end up in jail on other charges before he violates probation.

I like how you don't have "He won't" as an option.

Good job. :story:
