I don't even think if it comes from Trump it will be for any reason beyond he'll get to say he was the President who did it. If Alf landed on the white house lawn from Melmac, or a legit war of the worlds started and the timing of it was entirely coincidental I think he'd just want to be the guy people remember as the President in office that told the American people (and the rest of the world) yeah folks, this shit is absolutely real.
which, while retarded, is fine by me. as long as somebody does it. I imagine most presidents probably know more than your average American but they keep them in the dark for the most part so he probably knew day 1 last time that there are at least UFO/UAPs. But I doubt he knew jack shit beyond that. This time I'd imagine we'll hear more from him about what's out there regardless of hearings and overall disclosure although it does seem likely beyond even the current drone thing we've been getting drip fed information for a decade for a reason.
I think the question of how much Presidents know depends on what level of contact you subscribe to, if at all. Has it been limited to strange anomalous events that have all been "collated" into a datapile that says "yeah, these are undoubtably alien craft" or is it "they made contact with us at some point in the past?" I vacillate between those two positions. I think it's quite likely that elements of our Government, compartmentalized as they are, made contact in the past. I theorized earlier that maybe they were supposed to have disclosed by now, and have been dragging ass about it.
However, I think it's equally likely that all they have are a bunch of strange sightings and have no idea what to make heads or tails of it, and are concerned about the implications of it all on their own control and self-interest. Aliens existing, not just aliens but intelligent civilized aliens at that, shifts the paradigm so much. It rewrites it.
Since this is all based on pure belief, I personally think we will. It seems, to me, like they're trying to actively signal to the people of the world that they're here while not actually coming down and saying it. Maybe they think it's better we "disclose it" on our own terms first, or maybe some kind of Prime Directive Star Trek thing? That's speculation, but it's in the right direction I think.
I've been looking into the "disclosure" discourse over the past several years, and I'm not surprised that the UFO community is still just as nutty as ever. A lot of the current stuff reads like a recycled mish mash of new age space brothers nonsense and L. Ron Hubbard crap, and there are still way too many True Believers. People just keep falling for lie after lie. Even the so-called "respectable" guys like Greer and Elizondo just lead people around by the nose.
I stopped reading/watching almost anything new about UFOs/aliens back in 2015 when the "Roswell slides" debacle happened. Damn near everyone was slurping up that bullshit despite it very obviously being bullshit. I think guys like Keel and Vallee were much closer to the truth back in the '70s than any of the mainstream UFOlogy guys are now.
If journalists want to be liked they should get in their cuck copters and get us footages. Useless pieces of shit. Even if it’s just regular drones just get the god damn footage. It’s their job to be shot down first by the alien invasion as we get live footage of the xeno menace. I’m joking and serious. Either way they’d be breaking a major story but they’re all a bunch of pussies to get an actual look whether it’s Chinese drones or xeno scum. Fucking useless pieces of shit.
Trump can’t take office because… aliens. The aliens say that he’s literally Hitler and that he makes the human race look like a bunch of losers. If we want access to any of their technology and gay space communism we have to vote for Hillary Clinton in 28. She’s the only one authorized to bring humanity into the greater galactic community.
Literally just tell a Tik Tok nigger it’s a prank and hand him an aerosol can with the virus. Then shoot him afterwards so he leaves no witnesses and people will chalk it up to gang violence.
I could see them creating a database by scrapping social media info + tik tok info. Not so much a dossier as just a database they could bring up at any time. If they constantly surveil their own citizens, why wouldn’t they spy on all the foreigners that they possibly could?
I used to use LinkedIn but one of the reasons I deleted my account is because I kept getting DMs from “Canadian” immigrants that happened to be from “Taiwan” or Hong Kong. Literally dozens of Chinese thots with obvious thirst traps trying to ask the same questions about my career, if I’d like work, and then trying to get me on Telegram. Then after I refused several Chinese twinks followed in my dms asking the same questions verbatim. They were so relentless I just deleted my LinkedIn rather than deal with their continued bullshit. Irl I’m a nobody that has some experience in tech but nothing special or cool, and only a complete moron would fall for their obvious honeypot. Anyone that does should unironically be shot.
That experience left an impression on me though. If I a nobody got that kinda attention from the Chinese just for being in tech, someone in more interesting and important lines of work would get far more of their resources. I also don’t think I was dealing with their A team. They probably also have a significant number of people on LinkedIn who have quotas and targets so they’re probably scrapping the bottom of the barrel.
Of the reports that are valid and not stars, plants, and planes. The government either knows this is its own stuff or believes it's physics-defying UAP activity. The latter scares me way more, because it reinforces the obvious, that the government knows it's completely powerless against an organization of giant flying tic-tacs/orbs/triangles/cubes/cubes enclosed in spheres, which essentially troll our fighter jets and aircraft carriers.
If Ayylmaos wanted us extinct, they would've done it already. If Ayylmaos wanted to observe and record phenomena, why expose yourself to a species that can grasp your presence, potentially fucking up your data? The fact that they don't seem to care one way or the other is terrifying to me.
This bugs me a lot too. If they’re real perhaps they realize we’ve seen them so they’ve given up on the facade. But if they’re truly benevolent or don’t want to mess with us, it’s kinda weird they’re not hiding their presence. So either they don’t give a fuck about interfering with us and/or they have another objective.
So let’s say there are good aliens out there that don’t want us to be fucked with. That doesn’t mean they could entirely stop even malicious actors within their own society let alone others. There could be their equivalent of malicious teenagers who like killing lesser beings, pyscopathic murderers, poachers, traffickers, space chinese with space Chinese traditional medicine, religious zealots, or even despots that want to be worshipped or rule over lesser life, or even space Conquistadores a la Cortez. Some of it could very well be just space safaris and tourism. So even if there is in best case scenario an existing alien government that wants to protect us as some sort of space national park, there would likely be neutral and antagonistic elements that exist.
I mocked the theory, but same. I’m not above the paranoia. As a Jersey adjacent person, I know I’m going to end up hyper vigilant during American Purgatory week.
This is fairly well known in genetics circles. My own opinion is that the coof was one of multiple viruses from a program that was partly about seeing how to ethnically target something. We discussed it at length in the Covid threads. Having said that and if it makes you feel any better I also think we aren’t there yet. And I also know that even if we are the tech is not ‘safely’ usable.
Grusch and Elizondo and others make it sound like disclosure MUST happen, but if it was so terrible (as they allude to "ontological shock" "ominous" and whatever other phrases they use) why not just tell people and deal with the consequences?
I honestly don’t believe ANY thing or concept they could disclose could cause that kind of shock these days. People are too brain fried. They will chatter about it for a few days then stop.
@fukefacedog If the drones were malicious Chinese weapons I don't think they would have lights. The only thing that leads me to believe there might be some malicious intentions is the NOTAMS issued by the FAA for critical infrastructure sites, but then again, my thinking is one plausible theory is that it's just for them to go say "look we're doing something!!!".
I understand the concern about a potential drone attack on Christmas. It's natural to feel anxious about such a possibility. However, it's important to remember that major world powers like Russia, China,, while significant geopolitical adversaries, are unlikely to engage in actions that would severely damage their own interests.
For example, a large-scale attack on the US would likely trigger devastating consequences, including strong counter-responses and the potential for a major escalation. These nations also have intricate international relationships and economic ties that would be severely disrupted by such an attack.
It's fun to make theories, but one rule of thumb that helps to keep yourself grounded is to ask yourself: "What could they possibly gain?" This is why I don't buy theories such as China attacking America on Christmas, or North Korea, or Russia for that matter.
While these nations can pose significant challenges, they are not irrational actors. A lot of politicians will bend facts and fear-monger for their own ends. It's important to remember that while Russia and China are indeed rivals of the United States, this rivalry does not necessarily translate to irrational or self-destructive actions
