Probably indefinitely. It's basically the same logic Phil uses with Champions, he just keeps dumping whatever money he gets into Phil donations. He doesn't have any hobbies or friends to spend it on, has nothing to personally invest in and isn't smart enough to save up for himself. He's just desperately chasing relevancy like DSP is chasing that 4th place slot in whatever weekly contest Champions is hosting. I won't say it's impossible Phil does something to drive him away, we've seen even the most loyal of paypigs eventually lose interest. And even the ones that pulled a hissy fit like Iron and came crawling back still reached a breaking point...but there's a good chance it'll take a long time. There's almost no chance of him getting friends or hobbies, so it basically boils down to if he gets fired or if he finds someone else to leech onto, or until Phil randomly insults a game or fandom that breaks his heart so badly not even he can justify crawling back.

Which is that PPP announced their return on Sat 4th, which lines up with Ashton saying they could stream together after KC returns, after the holidays, and DSP claiming it was the 6th they would try. Expect it to be a retarded tech support stream in part but still.
He legit tried to paypig other streamers at various times but even when he was dropping thousands he never quite got the attention and power he did doing so in DSP's stream so he always came back.

I've always wondered if that's why Phil will always say the people who don't like him are no-life, scumbag, no friend, etc. It's a way to not only bolster his own ego, but trick the dents into thinking "Man this Phil guy really gets me, everyone else is a no life loser not me. I should give Phil money to really prove I have a life and friends."

Though I try to stay neutral-ish, that’s why I was dismayed that Phil might still get this opportunity. I want him broke and seething.
Phil was always going to rage quit modding. You've gotta follow instructions exactly each step of the way and his absolute refusal to do that guaranteed he'd never get any working. Even if he did everything by the letter some times mods are just finicky and refuse to work despite doing everything correct.
