Haha yeah he is but he's an entertaining retard at least. Also he's bald which is arguably his greatest sin.Xeems is a fucking retard.

I think many people feel the same way as you doI can't even bring myself to do the main scenario quests post 7.0. It feels really draining since it doesn't feel like its going anywhere at any point in time.
Never employ troons. This type of shit has a bad effect on everyone involved. And because this low-iq fuck couldn’t keep his mouth shut, FFXIV is dropping in player counts. Well, dawntrail was also just a shit expansion but still, trooncat made it worse. Square enix needs to just silently get rid of him after the patches, and never have Trooncat in the story again. If I had to guess, there's probably people within SE who are absolutely fucking pissed off right now with Sena Bryer tbh.
Dawntrail flopped hard and there's almost definitely a few employees who saw it coming but knew they couldn't really do anything because leadership can often be very unresponsive and there was potential risks to saying "hey this shit sucks". So they probably just got ready to weather the storm, knowing it'd be rough post-launch but hopefully they could weather the storm and SE hopefully wouldn't downsize.
Only to then look on Twitter and to see that while they're trying to keep their head down and just push through a rough time, the voice actor for the main character is making a fucking retard of herself on Twitter and calling people who didn't like Smile racist.
How many people do you think wish they could just get a hold of Sena and say "shut the fuck up, I've got a family at home and you being a prissy bitch online has the very real risk of putting my job in jeopardy you selfish bitch".
I've been doing my rounds of getting every class to 100 and tbf, AST is the hardest healer imo. As someone who basically never plays AST I wasn't used to stuff like Earthly Star's delay for the full healing effect and such.AST here. I dont know why people would be unable to heal on AST since we have the tools and it doesnt take away from playing cards. Although ive encounter AST that only play cards and dont heal which is the pinnacle of retardation for the class.
Setting down the ES and then popping it at the right moment feels so satisfying. It has a short cooldown too and the range is amazing. I'd go as far as to say it's AST's best spell. Once you get used to the time delay, it'll be smooth as butter, trust. As someone who basically never plays AST I wasn't used to stuff like Earthly Star's delay for the full healing effect and such.
Maybe is because ive played AST since dawntrail released but i dont find him difficult to play? Sure theres micromanaging but i think, as with most things, you get used to the tempo of the class and then things work organically. Earthly Star is probably my favorite ability in AST timing it and popping it off or it just goes off in a time of need feels weirdly good. I think you compensate the lack of damage by buffing the others effectively + party buff. Personally while playing AST i felt that the content goes on slightly faster.I've been doing my rounds of getting every class to 100 and tbf, AST is the hardest healer imo. That said, I could still keep a full-pull dungeon going just fine. It's more that I had lower DPS than if I was playing a class I had a lot more time on.
Here's extra context on player falloff as you go through the MSQ.Mind you, this is from a month ago and the percentage seems to be up to 12% now. Still pretty damn bad with some people claiming they won't bother till 7.3.
You are right that it's easy, but saying there's stuff to micromanage is a bit generous.Maybe is because ive played AST since dawntrail released but i dont find him difficult to play? Funnily enough I've also been levelling AST and I personally prefer the DT card system over EW by quite a bit. Instead of throwing a single card picked at random and the only challenge being memorising which card goes on what player, you get tools you can plan for and space out. Most of it goes on the tank but regen can be good for taking care of a DPS who ate an attack they weren't supposed to. The only tricky part is lining up both Balance and Spear so you can apply them both within the full Astronomy window.Setting down the ES and then popping it at the right moment feels so satisfying. I'm still iffy on the current card system though. Not sure how I feel about it. Most of the cards are just thrown on the tank with only balance and spear going to the melee/tank or healer/ranged respectively. Gets even more awkward though if you have 2 melee or 2 ranged.
They just haven't reapplied for mentor yet. I know, it's so much work to level one crafter and one gatherer to the new level cap and then talk to the Smith again. Now that i noticed, havent seen many BK crowns in DT. Did they go extinct?
I thought it was a permanent title, so you have to reapply every fucking expansion? Bro dont tell me there are people that do this, pls say sike. They just haven't reapplied for mentor yet. you have until x.1 to reclaim your title or it gets removed until you doI thought it was a permanent title, so you have to reapply every fucking expansion? Bro dont tell me there are people that do this, pls say sike.
For me it was always the story and worldbuilding, the harder content also made it enjoyable, but both the devs and the community have seen fit to fuck up both of these aspects over time.Is there a trick to getting into FF14? No judgement, I’d like to enjoy 14 as I like some other final fantasies but only ever gotten into WoW as an mmo and everytime I try 14 something about it just feels so dry and unengaging to me. Might just not be for me but curious if any fans of the game had a similar experience and how they got past it
I hear lots of people praise the story but anytime I tried to give the MSQ a chance it bored me to tears. People said it gets better with heavensward but I think that’s when I got more bored and gave up last time. Depends on a person by person basis. Personally i enjoy FF in general so the idea of playing jobs that some of my favorite characters in the franchise did was a cool motivation. Story imo is a slog to get through in vanilla ff14 so i got bored until i reach the final part of the story in base game. I tend to play the game in short bursts and then come back to it, keeps me from burning out. I would recommend getting a friend to play with you.Is there a trick to getting into FF14? I just skipped all the start and started paying attention at the end of ARR and towards HW.Is there a trick to getting into FF14? You either push through the parts you don't like or you don't. I don't think anyone can convince you of anything.I hear lots of people praise the story but anytime I tried to give the MSQ a chance it bored me to tears.
