Ever since the TRAU-RA incident happened, I've been referring to ingame retardation as "being c00t". So far been flying under the radar whenever I throw this jab in chat whenever someone fucks up. Kinda funny, actually.

Some dumb british broad outted herself for being a mara using faggot mod beast and griefer when she went onto the OF to complain about "toxicity" on the PF because people wouldn't carry her grey parsing ass through high end content. Someone sunshined her because she got mad that another person told her to just use mods to play the game for her since she clearly doesn't know how to play anyway. Pretends to be a TOS abiding player and claims to not use any mods and goes as far as posting badly edited screenshots to "prove" it. Queue the people who out her for not only being a modbeast, but also purposefully griefing PF parties so that she can post screenshots on twitter in some attempt to make them look bad.
She also has the sin of looking like your typical british git complete with fucked up teeth. She posted a screenshot on a discord she was a part of full of other modbeasts with her ugly tranny male au ra with the caption "feelin c00t"

A lot of people do that IME. At least, I've gotten someone doing it more than once a year.
I feel like they're griefing a lot of the time because the only way they can fully retard proof Job stones at this point is permanently attaching it to you whenever you change weapons instead of making it an equippable slot.

So, this happened to me recently, funny this was brought up, but here's my rundown.

Allow players to do the unlock quests as either of the 2 jobs, make Scholars completely unable to hold Grimoires regardless of level, and give you a level 30 Codex from the quest when you unlock the job.

Every time I play SCH, I get specifically paired with a SGE 99% of the time and I die a little inside.
I just end up letting them shield with their weak fucking shields because the faggots like to overwrite mine 9 times out of fucking 10 anyway.

Every time I play Sage, I get specifically paired with a Scholar or another Sage 99% of the time.
Or I get an Astro that doesn't actually know how to heal on Astro. I also love not getting commended even though the Astro (or White Mage) kept near 100% MP the whole run and rarely ever casted anything.

To remove this retardness, you have to integrate the MSQ with the Class quests.
Have a pop-up flashbang every sprout with "HEY IDIOT YOU'RE LVL 15, GO DO YOUR FUCKING CLASS QUEST" and so on up until they reach level 70. And like you said, force equip the job crystal on them. But since FF14 has spaghetti code, they won't be able to integrate a drastic measure like this one without making a mess.

AST here. I dont know why people would be unable to heal on AST since we have the tools and it doesnt take away from playing cards. Although ive encounter AST that only play cards and dont heal which is the pinnacle of retardation for the class.
