This is the insider gaming article mentioned as the "New Report", and it is just speculation based off the Video Games for Arabs tweet.
There is no "New Report" about KCD2 totally having a gay sex scene, its just a clickbait article from a culture war grifter.

By the way, on my steam KCD 2 is still going up in preorders globally (#24 last I checked) and has been in the top sellers for two weeks. In the U.S. of A. it entered this week at rank 30. I don't think it's going to be DOA, that seems to be wishful thinking.
