There are some pathological personalities that will stay in an environment until they're forcefully evicted at great cost -- see Dave Muscato. But whereas Dave was able to blithely ignore the fact that his family couldn't stand him, academia became like an acid bath for Rhys when it became clear that his peers were laughing at him behind his back. Talking about Trans Lifeline, I've heard through the grapevine that there will be a charity stream sometime this month on the front page of Twitch and the master of fake farts Keffals will be featuring in that charity drive to raise funds for the Lifeline.

I don't have evidence as I don't clip the streams anymore and after it's live they're now paywalled, you'll just have to take my word for it I'm afraid.

La Zorra was the commie troon compound in the middle of the desert, right? The Tranch could've been marginally successful, except alpacas weren't exactly the huge boon they thought they were, and the refusal of the Tranchers to work with anybody else on operations left it to be doomed to failure. I'm not surprised that a bunch of card-carrying fascist TERFs aren't intellectuals and so miss the obvious point: there shouldn't have to be a troon suicide line. His name appears on a list of properties scheduled to be sold at a tax auction. Total amount due: $47.31.

The last auction took place back in June. Looking at the county records for the property still shows Kjel and Niraj as the current owners, so either the land didn't sell or the records have not been updated yet. Land that does not sell with go back on the block June 1-7 2025.

I was tempted to pass the hat to buy Null a nice housewarming gift. But, the land is currently a fifteen acre landfill and the new owner will be responsible for evicting any methheads and cleaning up the trash. In it's current state the land has negative value.
